I was in need of replacing my baking prep mat because it was cut from a knife incident. This is exactly what I was expecting and needing. Bonus to get a smaller one, too. Highly recommend this for your rolling pin and kitchen counters. I use mine a lot.

These mats turned out to be even handier than I expected. The measurements are clear and easy to follow, and having the conversion charts right on the surface saves me from constantly grabbing my phone. The big mat gives plenty of room for rolling out dough, while the smaller one is perfect for quick tasks or smaller recipes. They don't curl up, they lay flat every time, and cleanup takes seconds—I've run them through the dishwasher and they come out looking brand new.

I've been looking for a good silicone baking mat for a while %26 I love that it came with 2 of different sizes. I love that i can use the large one to roll out pizza and pie crusts and small pies and biscuits with the smaller one, along with many other things. The 2 biggest perks beyond that are that your counter stays clean since your dough stays on this mat but best of all you can use and reuse these for baking mats and they eliminate the need to buy parchment paper for my cookie and baking trays.. Recommend 10/10

These are nice! Sharply printed, easy to read, metric and US measurements, and a very useful measurement conversion table. Fahrenheit and Celsius conversion table as well. The larger one is perfect for anything of size that needs rolling out/measuring. The smaller one is great for small pastry, and anything where you just have to knead it and divide the dough. The set is perfect for holiday baking, when we tend to have multiple things going. They can also be cleaned in the dishwasher. A great stocking stuffer for the baker in your life. Good housewarming gift.

Very glad to add this to my baking arsenal! I no longer have to guess when rolling out pie crust. It makes cleanup a lot easier. I love that there are two sizes for both big and small baking projects. I highly recommend this mat set.

Like the feel of the mats. Easy clean up after use. Really like all the measurements on the mat. Was great to actually get close to sizes for pizza dough roll outs. Will be nice when fitting together crescent rolls for casseroles.

works good. if you make the counter a little damp, they stay in place very well

It didn't move aroynd and the flour and dough stayed on it. It didn't accumulate little dough stuck to it

I love all the measurements on the mats. Only wish they were thicker. They did stick to the pastry board very well. I wish the smaller one had a few more small circles for making dumplings. All in all they are very nice

These pastry rolling sheets aren't what I expected. They feel gummy and you aren't supposed to cut on them. I suspect that even metal cookie cutters would damage them. I expected a stiffer tougher plastic. I haven't tried them with shaped cookies yet.
