APC UPS 600VA, 330W Battery Backup Power Supply & Surge Protector with USB Charger, BN600U1 (Black), 7 Outlets

I bought one about four months ago and it's worked fine for the reason I bought it. Motor operated recliner. Several power outages would get me stuck in my recliner. I'm old. I recently purchased a second one for my router, Wi-Fi, TV, etc.

I purchased this battery backup for my husband to use for his cPap machine to protect his machine from power surges and hopefully allow him uninterrupted sleep in case of a power failure during the night. So far I have been very impressed with the quality of the device.

I bought one of these a while back and liked it so much I decided to grab another. When I went looking for it, the only place that had it available at the time was Walmart, and the price was very good. It also shipped very fast and arrived in excellent condition.

This model works reliably and very well. I purchased 2 of them. One for my desktop computer, monitor and keyboard, and 1 for my wife's air mattress and light. This is a really nice backup 120 VAC, 60 Hz battery backup. Plenty of recepticals with for backup power with surge protection.

I have two of these UPS. We have almost daily brownouts (reduced power voltage, dimming/flickering lights, quick power surges, power flickers) %26 blackouts during storms. A simple lighting strike or hard thunder knocks the power out. We've had a few times where the power was out for a couple of hours. Both times I forgot about my gaming desktop, which is hooked up to this UPS, and even after an hour, the battery power light was still fully green. So, I bought another one for my PS5 and WiFi router (fiber optic WiFi 6). This kept the PS5 and WiFi on for over an hour while being used. Although they say that a PS5 alone uses 300-350 watts, this 330 watt UPS has been way more than enough to provide power to for significant periods of time. I highly recommend for single use electronics like a desktop PC (Tower %26 Monitor) or gaming console and possibly a TV and/or WiFi router.

The BN600U1 provides backup 120 VAC, 60 CPS for many home or office requirements including computers, monitors and printers. It can also power lamps and other small require. I purchased one for my wife's air mattress which needs uninterrupted power during the night. I have 3 BN600U1 Back-Up UPS models and they all have performed perfectly. They have a 3 year warranty and expected life of 3 to 5 years with the original sealed lead acid battery. Warranty is provided for APC products by Schneider Electric IT Customer Support Worldwide. The BN600U1 has a convenient USB charging port and cable. This model has 5 battery back up receptacles with surge protection and 2 with only surge protection. The BN600U1 is the third generation of APC Back-Up power supplies I have owned for over 25 years and all have worked very well to protect my computers and data. I recommend APC Backup-UPS products as an excellent choice for your backup power needs.

I bought this to replace an old one, same model but improved. I use it only for my power recliner. It's perfect for power outages. Lasts about 45 minutes but all I really need is a warning if I'm asleep so I can put the chair in an upright position. It also gives me enough power to charge my phone if necessary. Perfect.

Overall it works, however I find tge design to be limited. the way the sockets are arranged, there's no way to utilize all of them. they need to configure them differently wyith less restrictive offsets. they should also rotate the sockets 90 degrees so that other wider plug types can be utilized

I think I received a dud After I installed the battery then plugged the UPS into the wall, the UPS alarmed as if there was no battery. Manufacturer support stated the product sat on the shelf too long, deconditioning the battery, and they recommended returning the product. Despite sitting in storage for no more than five months prior to my purchase, both a multimeter and a 12v lead-acid battery charger indicated the battery is healthy, which means the battery detection in the UPS itself might be defective. If it weren't for the battery detection problem, this product would have been perfect for my needs.
