I was satisfied with your price and after logging onto the registration page, I saw where your price was only 99 different than the manufacturer's price. But using free delivery was the best thing and having it the same day.

Our previous UPS backup died in the middle of the night, waking us with a noise making me think one of our smoke alarms needed a new battery. We were able to get this delivered from Walmart same day for a great price, and it has been working flawlessly ever since.

This is the second one I've purchased, this first one I bought over 5 years ago for my tortoise terrarium and it's still going. This one is for my internet equipment. It's so easy to use, safe, reliable, and doesn't need a lot of room. If I need power backup for anything else I'm getting this one again.

Simple backup and power filtering. I have 3 of these units in service, my stereo/video equipment and 2 computers systems. We had a couple short power hits. we lost power for about an hour, there were 2 or 3 short hits as power as the power was restored and it worked flawlessly. Much better than dealing with corrupted computer data, and/or a burned out A?V gear.

We need is a UPS to maintain power to the internet gateway and one PC during the brief period when utility power is lost and the whole-house generator starts. This brief outage is less than one minute. We have tested it and it performs this function great using the default setting out of the box. The instructions say the battery cannot be replaced but a quick search on the internet shows this is not necessarily true.

I needed a small UPS primarily to provide power to two power recliners when the power goes out (without these you are "stuck" in the reclined position, and it's pretty hard to get out of a reclined recliner!) - Amazon (Prime) and Walmart both had these for around the same price, Amazon (Prime) wanted a week to get it delivered to me, Walmart had it delivered the next day! I'm finding this to be the case more and more often and will give my business to the supplier with the best price AND best shipping options, and that tends to be Walmart these days! Keep up the good work Walmart!

I have purchased APC UPS units in the past and they have always been a good investment. HOWEVER, I bought TWO of these particular units at Walmart and had some difficulties that I had NEVER had before. To "Connect the Battery" you turn the unit upside down insert the "battery connector" into the unit. For these TWO units, it was VERY VERY DIFFICULT to get the "battery connector" FULLY INSERTED into the unit. I had NEVER had this issue before. I suspect POORER QUALITY CONTROL.

The battery on this UPS is not designed to be user replaceable. This is an absolute dealbreaker for me, because it means this product will be junk in 3-5 years when the battery quits. Please if you are going to spend the money, either go into it with that understanding or buy a model that does have a user replaceable battery.
