The battery backups were in excellent new condition and were well-packed for shipping. Both arrived in good working order.

The Back-UPS was compact, easy to setup and use and the product was inexpensive.

Awesome unit

This UPS is well-designed: it fits into small spaces, has outlets placed on the top with enough space for most power bricks, and plugs into the wall with a flat plug so furniture can be placed flush against the plug. I tested it a couple times and it cutover as expected with no interruption to a connected wifi router and modem. For these 2 devices, the expected run time is an hour or two at a current draw of ~30 watts.

I had the previous version for years and this one works just as good!

This backup came well packed and was shipped extremely fast. Easy setup to use.

Brand new out of the box unit had a very strong chemical odor even without plugging it in. This is not normal for a new unit, and I am taking it back. Also, the unit will not sit level on the floor or shelf because of its design, it is apparently only designed to be hung on two screws on the wall which is not convenient and a bad design. This is caused by the removable power plug you must insert on the bottom side of the unit

Product is ok. However, I ordered three to be delivered to the same address and received only one. Was told the other two were delivered somewhere else. How does that even happen. I was told I would be getting a refund but I haven't seen one yet.

I ordered 3 and received 2. the shipping dimensions and weight can prove that only 2 were shipped.

Product arrived too late. If its not in stock, dont sell it !
