This is the second unit I have owned, and I am happy with it. The first one lasted several years and was very dependable. When the battery finally died, a replacement battery cost nearly as much as a complete new unit, so... Easy plug %26 play- provides time to shut down computers softly when electricity goes off. Recommended.

Quick delivery, easy to set up. Working as expected. There's been no power outage but I turned the breaker off for the room it's in and it continued to operate as the source of power for my freezer.

Battery backups don't last in our neighborhood, so we have to buy them fairly often, I've been told the reason for that is that we have dirty power. We have lots of brown-downs, power spikes, and outages and apparently the more the backup has to work, the shorter its life expectancy is. Anyway, this the brand we always buy because they take the abuse better than other brands.

When the power goes off, I have time to save everything I've been working on before turning off my computer. Plus, another good thing is that when the power goes off, the APC gives a periodic beep. With my older model, I could not turn the beep off and it was quite irritating. The new modes has a power button which I can turn the beep off until the power comes back on. So much better. There are slots for the battery backup, which I have my computer and monitor plugged into. Plus slots that are strictly a surge protector. Very helpful!

I really like this battery back up. I connected to my TV, my PS five, my router and it powers all of it when the power is off. It was super easy to set up and I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a battery back up solution for your electronics

Purchased this because I work online and this is great as we often have power surges that will cause me to lose whatever I've done. This will keep power on long enough for me to save my work. It's a godsend.

I needed a new battery for my old APC UPS that provides backup power for my DVR and other TV components. APC tech showed me that a new UPS was cheaper than a new battery. I have had generic batteries leak and cause damage, so I did not want to go that way. This one is more compact than my old APC UPS (2006) and has one more backup plug.
