The delivery was faster got it quicker than the delivery date. It was packaged discreetly and hand given by delivery driver. Anniversary gift for my husband and he loves it, apple fanatic! I was nervous to buy from seller because of pther review stating that they did not get what they expected in the box, was not the laptop! But I am glad I made the choice and pleased with my purchase! Login was seemless, quick and easy. Charges with no issue, fast. My husband has used it everyday since he got it!
Fantastic laptop. Seller offers great price and shipped overnight! Could not be happier súper recommend the laptop and seller
power of the M4 chip worked better than I'd expected, added with long lasting battery life makes it worth the price
I love MAC products and to find this on Walmart.com for THE BEST price anywhere was a huge plus! I was also able to get the extended warranty through Walmart for an affordable price as well.
I was so nervous after reading some reviews about receiving empty box or some other small product. When my box got delivered I asked if I coul
This computer is totally up to date with all new software improvements. Its the newest out. Really like it. It is also lighter weight that my previous Apple MacBook Pro. (2013). It is all that Apple says it is.
I only received an empty box from the merchant(Adorama) with UPS. I contacted both Walmart and Adorama and returned the empty box. However, Adorama refused to refund me. This is the most terrible online shopping experience I ever had. Jianbing Chen
My delivery was rescheduled. Okay, I signed for it the next day. It was empty (well, included two bulky plastic bags, if that should cost 3000$). Contacted Walmart, they sent a complaint to the seller. The seller never answered, so this went to walmart investigation team, which came up with the resolution, that it was signed for, which is qualified as proof of delivery, so they cannot help me with this and advised to contact my bank. Okay, bank contacted. Walmart support is contacted yet again. Now seller replies that they are deeply concerned, but cannot do anything about it. Walmart charged me though, not the seller. So, I suppose that Walmart should figure out what the issue is. However, as I am supposed to rate my purchase, I am rating it here. And advising you to think twice before purchasing anything from the third party seller via Walmart.
This was advertised as new. It's unusable because it requires remote access from a company, meaning it was a company computer, meaning there's no way it is new. Both inaccurate product listing and unusable product.
This is not a product review but a serious issue with the purchase process. Buying this computer has been a frustrating experience from the start. Although the item arrived sealed, upon setup I received a notification that it was enrolled under another organization's device management system—meaning they had remote access and administrative control over the machine. I immediately requested an exchange. When I contacted Walmart, I was told that because it was a marketplace order fulfilled by Adorama, I couldn't exchange it—I would need to return the laptop for a refund and repurchase it. Unfortunately, the price had since increased, and Walmart would not honor the original, lower price. To make matters worse, it's now been nearly two weeks and the return has still not been processed. There were several delays: first, it took days to receive a return slip from Adorama, then another week for the item to arrive back. I've now been told the refund could take an additional 5–7 business days after the return is received. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming experience for what should have been a straightforward purchase and exchange. I'm now out the product and my money, with no clear resolution timeline.
