Wow, first off I bought these heating reviews that they were too heavy and bulky and hurt your head after 30 minutes. I got them because I wanted good headphones that had Noise Cancellation so I was willing to sacrifice my head hurting in order to get good noise cancellation. Heard reviews about previous owners still having their accounts on the pods and returning them. I opened the box and the outer box was slightly damaged ( not the shipping box ) so I was thinking that I was getting a returned pair, opened the outer box and the Apple box had some dirt and grass on it??? But it had the original seal, but still was skeptical. Opened it and wore them for 3 straight hours, nothing hurt. Currently have worn them for like 5 hours almost continuously and nothing. Sound is great. Noise Cancellation. Practically everything is great. The case thing is kind of weird but it’s not something that’s bothering me. The two things that I don’t really like are how they look from the front or rear view, they are pretty ugly and look bulky… Another thing is that if you don’t put them in the case, the steel frame for the ears clang each other and I feel like sooner or later they are going to get scratched up in that area. Other than that they are pretty good, way better than anything Sony and Beats has to offer by a lot (Sony used to be my go to). Would’ve liked if they were down at 300$-400$ range though, they are pretty expensive.
Top of the line for connectivity and simplicity The Digital Crown is cool miss the tap to skip but this works the live sound started bugging out at around a month not super noticeable though For the price they are slightly disappointing the audio quality is very high but nothing makes me go wow so for that reason 4 stars wish they were a little lighter and sweat resistant
Upon opening and trying to connect it was apparent that I was operating a *used* pair of headphones. They will not charge or hold a charge and come up on my device as someone else's headphones. Highly disappointed as these were an enormous splurge for me!
This guy is scamming Walmart and they are letting him do it. He is selling faulty/ non functional products and disappearing when people request refunds, therefore the financial institution technically cant place him a fault so they end up paying out the buyer and the seller still keeps the money. Blame Walmart for not thoroughly vetting their sellers on their platform, as you will see he's done this to multiple people recently. Ive been fighting for a refund since December and just got in February. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY.
I can only rate the delivery (all the way back to Apple?), not the product. What I received was NOT functional. All of my computer gear is Apple and has been for more than 20 years, so I'm not ready to bash Apple just yet. I don't know where in the supply chain it happened but (from my experience with car batteries) I suspect the headphones were exposed to below freezing temperatures for several hours before they were delivered. In any case, I couldn't get the battery to charge as much as 1% using an Apple charger. Oddly enough, I returned the headphones for a refund.
Headphones looked great, but went to go charge them and nothing happened, tried different chargers and outlets and nothing. Apparently this is a market place item. So now I really dont know how to feel about buying from this person selling on Walmart app. Do research before purchasing.
Ordered Apple AirPod Max ($512.39 cost)and received a box of Great Value quart storage bags and box of ten packs of Cheetos (<$20 cost). Can't get a hold to a corporate office phone number to speak with someone. Corporate number online is all automation with not even an option to leave a message. Been getting the run around all morning calling 1-800-925-6278 to be told I have to file a claim with FedEx and file a dispute my bank. I didn't order from FedEx. And Walmart got my money! This doesn't make sense! FedEx delivered to my house what Walmart gave them to deliver!
I ordered twice and both times it came with same issue. It did not charge. Also, when I checked with Apple support they said coverage expired last year. I tried to charge using other cables but still nothing! Extremely disappointed!
After reading the reviews, I was hoping that I would score, but unfortunately, we received AirPod maxes that do not charge. 0 out of 10 do not recommend I will be returning the product and demanding a refund
Brand new product and they don't work without the charger on. They won't charge at all. I used the charger provided and tried other ones but it wont work.
