I like the color and it's light weight. Fits perfect in my backpack for travel. The keyboard is smooth. Comes with one year of office service and they offer warranty as well. Only trouble I had was setting up but technical was quick and resolved my issues.

its great...but...it has free Office.yy360, but only free for a very short indtoductory time and although it does have Window 11 which I like, it is also pre-loaded with EDEG %26 BING; BOTH I don't like (I like Chrome %26 Google search, which CAN be had but waaay much more difficult to change to because Micosoft WANTS everyone to now use Edge...which you will find is still only in BETA FORM %26 looks like I back to IE (AKA the old ugly Internet Explorer...but...they say Edge will eventually be good...and for only less than $200, I will likely buy an upgraded HP in a couple of years anyway, so it is fine...

It works, but that's about it. Slowest computer I've had. Went a little too “value” when trying to find something basic. Web browsing takes forever to load (internet speed is solid on my end) and can usually only have 1 page open at a time. When there's a basic windows update, it can take hours to complete. Came with a year of Microsoft Office which was nice, but now a see why it was so cheap to begin with. Only needed for very basic tasks and struggle with that on the device.

the computer is junk. I didn't even get a chance to add any photos or files to it at all and its already having storage issues. i get that it comes with a 64gb storage and only 4gb of ram but the manufacturer as well as the software developer should really not use the storage the programs that are installed by them from the storage available to the consumer. The 64gb of storage on this computer literally full from just manufacturers pre-installed software. There's no room for anything else and even that leaves the computer running slow, freezing and closing tabs on its own. i got this computer so i could study for and take my GED classes and i was completely robbed. I can study when each subject requires multiple tabs to be open i the computer can't handle that much at once. i looked up how to add additional storage to it and google told me i could install an SD card and just leave it inserted into the computer since this model comes with the SD slot. i paid another $50 for an SD card that i have no use for and of course i threw away the packaging to both so i can't return it.

computer never worked right. I went to Walmart to get help, and I got crappy help. and was told to take it to the mousepad for future help. I finally did and I was told there is nothing they can do for it. it's a lemon and not worth fixing

I am supposed to sign for my order. (never signed) have security cameras! (Tamara never came into my neighborhood!) yet says she delivered my order! I want charges filed! This is costing me money! and more money every day that I'm waiting to receive my money back. I can't precise a new one till then, and I needed one for time sensitive urgent work!!! I'm very upset!

I don't understand what's going on with these laptops this is my second one within 2 months they are going very slow seems like a virus is on here when it shouldn't be doing nothing but going smooth these supposed to be brand new laptops I will be doing a return again

I have had this laptop for maybe 3 days after mine crashed. Nothing wants to load. Almost every page gives a non reaponsive notification. Takes forever to get uo and running and freezes up to the point i cant even close windows. what kind of garbage is this? if I plug in a flash drive or a printer, everhthing stops working. I have to constantly restart it juat to get it to work.. Honestly I dont understand hiw this atuff is allowed to be sold. Won't even load the walmart web site. I am typing this from my phone.

Bought the blue one and the silver one. They run extremely SLOW. Silver one is running hot without any extra software downloaded. Using internet only. HP has given me the run around. I missed the store return by 3 days. HP is going to take this one and “test/repair” etc. but I will be without a usable laptop during critical class time while this is happening. I don’t know what the answer is, but this laptop is not it.

The worst computer I've owned. It routinely gets stuck in sleep mode only two days after buying it and Windows has completely gutted the control panel. You can't even fix problems yourself from the control panel anymore. It's significantly slower than the four year old computer I had before and it has no space
