I like the color and it's light weight. Fits perfect in my backpack for travel. The keyboard is smooth. Comes with one year of office service and they offer warranty as well. Only trouble I had was setting up but technical was quick and resolved my issues.

This computer is just what I needed it is a awesome upgrade from my older one it came with Windows 11 and it is even faster than my old one. I love the blue color 💙 Would recommend this computer to anyone looking for a good computer for a good price.

I come from low income family so this little computer is perfect for its pricing. I am not picky. I really needed a screen bigger than my phone for work so I got this and she works great(: I really am excited to own my first computer. She will go on many adventures with me and my family. She loads quick and holds many open tabs. I downloaded only my email. Very good if you are wanting simple and easy to use. I'm she can do much more with apps(: Very happy. Also delivery was very quick and safe. Thank you.

This laptop is sooo cute ! I love pink! But more importantly this works perfectly however the Microsoft edge browser totally sucks! I had to download google chrome instead when working online. I ordered this because I needed a new one for college. Perfect size and the pricing was great!

I love the rose gold color and it's good for what I need. But it does run slow (it's not my internet) I haven't had any issues with it freezing up but I can't get on Netflix or Hulu, not a huge deal to me I don't use it for watching tv. I dropped my laptop and wanted to get one quick, it's an inexpensive alternative. But if you're able to wait and splurge on something better I would

the computer is junk. I didn't even get a chance to add any photos or files to it at all and its already having storage issues. i get that it comes with a 64gb storage and only 4gb of ram but the manufacturer as well as the software developer should really not use the storage the programs that are installed by them from the storage available to the consumer. The 64gb of storage on this computer literally full from just manufacturers pre-installed software. There's no room for anything else and even that leaves the computer running slow, freezing and closing tabs on its own. i got this computer so i could study for and take my GED classes and i was completely robbed. I can study when each subject requires multiple tabs to be open i the computer can't handle that much at once. i looked up how to add additional storage to it and google told me i could install an SD card and just leave it inserted into the computer since this model comes with the SD slot. i paid another $50 for an SD card that i have no use for and of course i threw away the packaging to both so i can't return it.

computer never worked right. I went to Walmart to get help, and I got crappy help. and was told to take it to the mousepad for future help. I finally did and I was told there is nothing they can do for it. it's a lemon and not worth fixing

I bought a computer online for same day delivery but It was out of inventory so they shipped it out which was fine because the laptop came a day earlier..well as it came today the box seemed fine and other than a little pop out at the back it seemed fine.. well I powered the computer on and the screen is in multiple colors and it’s stuck on this ! DO NOT RECOMMEND I DEMAND ASSISTANCE IMMEDIATELY

It looked very nice but that is when the good ends. I have fast internet and other computers that run fast. This laptop takes forever to load a page and if you are fortunate to be able to load a page and a video the video keeps cutting out and buffering. This laptop runs slower than a laptop I had back in early 2000's. It is useless if you need a reliable laptop for schoolwork. Just don't buy it. When I returned it they said somebody else had returned the same laptop that day.

The worst computer I've owned. It routinely gets stuck in sleep mode only two days after buying it and Windows has completely gutted the control panel. You can't even fix problems yourself from the control panel anymore. It's significantly slower than the four year old computer I had before and it has no space
