Apple AirPods Max (USB-C) - Midnight

The quality is great but the price that Walmart offered was $********* less than usual price so I was ecstatic to purchase these headphones for my daughter, at this price, from Walmart

Absolutely love these headphones. They are top-of-the-line the best headphones that I've ever had. The mic is great. I can't hear any exterior noise and all the little knobs were great.

What can you say? Expensive? Yes! Quality? Yes! Full of features? Yes! It's exactly what you'd expect from Apple and they do not disappoint. The integration with your phone, and Apple TV box is amazing. The ear cup pads have a fabric cover, not vinyl or leather and that is much appreciated. Only headphones I know of that have that. PLUS you can connect your phone to the headphones with USB C cable and get lossless audio from at least Apple Music. I can tell the difference, it sounds better albeit most won't care or notice.

The Apple app shows the 1 year warranty already expired 3 months before I received them. The headphone battery was at 1% from sitting in storage too long and wouldn't change even after being plugged in for hours. I needed to hold down the buttons for 30 seconds multiple times to factory reset and get them to charge.

They will literally steal your money . I received an empty box. Try to return it or atleast get my money back the first time they said the money will be in my account in 10 days . Well 10 days pass no money. So I tried to dispute it but because it was delivered they didn't see any problem went back to Walmart and they told me they couldn't give me my money back or the headphones. So please learn from my mistake and do not order. I'm really not the type to leave review but I needed to to help someone else. Is making me give a rating if it was up to me no starts wasted 500 dollars.

That's what bad damage at delivery. The packaging was in plastic wrap instead of a box. Apple product products are software connected, and I didn't want to take the chance of it being messed up because Apple would charge just to fix.

i bought them online, but received a fake product, they are not original APPLE!!!! i started the return process and went to walmart, but they could not process the barcode. nobody could help me on phone or chat. i want my money back!!!!

I ordered these Apple headphones one evening.When I checked on the order the very next morning,it said order delayed.I needed these for my grandson's Christmas present.Gave me no delivery date.I immediately cancelled this ordered.After numerous phone calls to Walmart saying zi was getting my refund it never happened.Then I had to call my credit card company to have them handled this claim.It took almost two months for my credit card company to receive the money back.Not sure why,but I want be ordering online again.This was unacceptable.

The battery doesn't last , they are not that great and worst Walmart wouldn't accept a return online within the 30 day period they said I have to go to a store , don't buy any Apple products on Walmart.com. The few dollars you save will cost you . I have all Apple products including MacBook m5, IPad , Apple Tv.. the headphones are nothing special

Upon opening and trying to connect it was apparent that I was operating a *used* pair of headphones. They will not charge or hold a charge and come up on my device as someone else's headphones. Highly disappointed as these were an enormous splurge for me!
