After debating for a while, I finally decided to pull the trigger on the AirPods Pro Max and I have no regrets whatsoever. The standout feature for me is the build quality; it's truly next-level. I also own the Beats Studio Pro, and when it comes to sound, they're fairly similar. However, the AirPods Pro Max take it up a notch with better spatial audio, which makes a huge difference in terms of immersion if you use Apple Music. On top of that, the AirPods Pro Max are more comfortable, offering a superior fit and feel, and the design and overall craftsmanship are miles ahead of the Beats Studio Pro. From the premium materials to the sleek finish, they're in a class of their own. As always, Walmart delivered beautifully and quickly, making the whole purchase experience seamless. Overall, the AirPods Pro Max are worth every penny if you're looking for top-tier sound quality, comfort, and an unbeatable design.

If you're deeply invested in the Apple ecosystem and value top-tier sound and noise cancellation, the AirPods Max are among the best over-ear options out there. Buying from Walmart (ideally a unit sold %26 shipped by Walmart) is acceptable — just be cautious when purchasing third-party sellers, inspect the box/serial number, and test it early to be sure everything is legit. I'd rate my purchase a 4.5 / 5 — excellent, but with a few trade-offs that a buyer should be aware of.

With two daughters, ages 11 and 13, the house isn't exactly a library. Between their music and whatever they're watching, I needed a way to reclaim some quiet. I picked up the Midnight version of the AirPods Max with the USB-C port, and after putting them through their paces, I'm giving them five stars. They do exactly what I need them to do, which is provide high-quality sound and cut out the background noise of a busy household. The build quality is the first thing you notice. These don't feel like toys; the stainless steel and aluminum have a weight and a precision to them that you just don't get with plastic headsets. The noise cancellation is top-tier. When I put these on, the chaos of the living room just vanishes. I also appreciate the physical controls. Using the digital crown to adjust volume or click through tracks is much better than fumbling with touch-sensitive panels that never seem to work right when your hands are moving. The switch to USB-C is a huge plus too, since it means one less cable to keep track of around the house. On the downside, these things are heavy. You definitely feel the weight on your head after an hour or two. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something to keep in mind if you plan on wearing them all day. The price is also a major sticking point. At over five hundred dollars, you're paying a massive premium for the brand and the build. Is it a good value? If you're looking for the cheapest way to hear music, absolutely not. But if you value a product that feels like a serious piece of equipment and integrates perfectly with your other gear, the cost is easier to swallow. For me, the peace and quiet they provide in a house full of kids makes them worth every cent.

I do really like these AirPods. Due to the compatibility it has with my iPhone. I don't recommend using them at gyms or working out. They do retain your sweat and will make them smell. They're interchangeable the muffs. But still. I also do recommend getting the protection on the headphones itself.

I would not recommend these at full price even at maybe at the $399 that I paid however I did return these for several reasons first with the good. These have excellent sound quality, though you cannot customize the EQ. They have finally tuned it to be a very balanced sound. The build quality is also top-notch however it is completely unnecessary to make something this overly engineered and heavy on your head. Finally, adding a USB-C port was definitely much needed. Now to the reasons I ended up returning it. The color is very misleading. Midnight is more of a bluish color. I miss the space gray I just could not get over the blue tint on these, It was not attractive. Also, there is no way to turn these off, which I already knew, but I didn't realize it was going to be an issue unless you put it in it's bra case with the magnets to put it in a low deep state. These are very bad for the gym. I highly recommend no one use these in the gym as they will stain and smell bad in a very short time from sweat because they are neither sweat nor water resistant at all. The head hammock that helps assist in taking the weight off of your head because these are so heavy I can already tell is going to wear out in a short time I've already read reviews of this happening overall I just didn't see the value for the money and something I was going to use for the gym and pay this much money for I ended up going with something different more practical and not overly engineered.

Walmart use a third-party to send me my items which were very expensive and all I got was a delivery photo that's very blurry that cannot confirm the delivery address and then an illegal decline to refund or replace even though under FTC I am due for a refund because they have not shown me proof of delivery at my address... I'm beyond upset. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will be taking this as far as it needs to go next I'm doing a credit card dispute

I'll keep it concise: Pros: Great build quality, transparency mode is outstanding, noise cancellation is great. Cons: Poor audio quality (at $400 price range), they weigh too much, the ear cushions irritate my skin (but your mileage may differ), the included "case" is useless, and anyone not using an iOS/iPadOS/Mac lose basic functionality that's expected of headphones in this price range (pausing when removing headphones, spacial audio, firmware updates. TLDR: Get some Sony XM5s and pocket the $200 you saved.

The battery doesn't last , they are not that great and worst Walmart wouldn't accept a return online within the 30 day period they said I have to go to a store , don't buy any Apple products on Walmart.com. The few dollars you save will cost you . I have all Apple products including MacBook m5, IPad , Apple Tv.. the headphones are nothing special
