Apple AirTag Leather Key Ring - Baltic Blue

I bought an Apple AirTag originally to keep track of my keys and wallet, but the real game-changer was using it for my cats' collars — and it's been amazing! The setup was seamless (as you'd expect from Apple). Just a quick tap with my iPhone, and the AirTag was ready to go. I love how precise the location tracking is — especially with the Find My app. I can literally walk around and be guided right to whatever (or whoever) I'm trying to find. As a pet owner, the peace of mind this little device gives me is priceless. One of my cats likes to sneak out into the yard and hide in bushes — now I just ping the AirTag and follow the sound or use Precision Finding to see exactly where she is. It's also helped when I had a brief scare during a thunderstorm and couldn't find her right away. Battery life is excellent — going strong after months of use — and I love that the battery is user-replaceable. I paired the tag with a soft AirTag collar holder so it doesn't bother my cats, and it adds almost no extra weight. Of course, it's not a GPS tracker with real-time updates every second, but for everyday use and casual pet tracking, it's more than enough. And for keys, bags, or luggage? Totally essential. Highly recommended for both everyday item tracking and anyone who wants to keep a better eye on curious pets. Apple nailed it with this one.

Seamless with iPhone: Setup is almost instant—just bring the AirTag close and follow the prompt. "Find My" Network Power: Even if the AirTag isn't near your phone, other iPhones can anonymously help locate it. Great for Peace of Mind: When clipped to a backpack or hidden in clothing, it gives a decent sense of security.

The Saddle Brown Color is fantastic!! I usually go with black, but for once went with something else and am not disappointed!! The loop is not sitting exactly how I want it to sit on my lunch kit right now, but it might just take some time. Maybe it's too long, and would have been better if it had been made slightly shorter. Three months in and this keyring has held up wonderfully! Having this attached to my car keys, I fully expected that this keyring would look much worse than it does, but it still looks the same as the day I got it. The scratches on the ring itself are essentially non-existent and the leather has patinaed well. Unsurprisingly, this is one of the best AirTag accessories available.

We needed something to keep track of my son's instrument during an overnight marching band trip. I was worried that the apple AirTag holder would jostle too much on the bus and in transit, but it was impressively secure! Grateful to know our instrument was safe.

The reason I'm giving it a one star is because, one, it's more expensive than the airtag itself. You're telling me that the key ring holder is more valuable than the actual electronic hardware of the airtag, no way. (I don't care if it's leather shouldn't be more expensive). The second reason is because there is no protection of the back (the silver part) of the airtag, a part that gets very easily scratched. Why not add a clear protection to it at least. It'll look bad once it gets scratched. Third reason is that it adds some bulk to the keys, they could have made the stem part shorter. Fourth reason, when you close the button (with the airtag inside) it doesn't completely enclose the airtag. On the sides, there are openings for dirt to get in. Why didn't they make sure it completely encloses the airtag. (See picture for this) Although, it's high quality material, there are downsides. Buy a cheaper option.

Ok this did not come with the air tag and I thought it would… This cost way too much without the air tag…
