the plastic parts are easily broken but the water pressure and ease of installation are fine.

I got a bargain for the special offer price.
Had I payed the original $49.99 price I would have been disappointed at the flimsy feel of the hand held wand, but it looks and operates perfect. I purchased on 3 units on clearance and am very pleased I did. IMO I got a bargain, but I would price it at around $20 if it was going to be regular priced.
