Arrived on time and in good condition. Took about an hour to install and I needed my husband to help hold it straight while I secured it. I wouldn’t try to install it alone, but otherwise, instructions were clear and it was easy to install. Love it!

This is a great faucet, I love the retractable nozzle and adjustable spray pattern, but it needs an adapter for hookup which wasn’t included.

I saw a similar more expensive faucet in my brother's new house and had to have one. This one was priced to move, so I purchased it. I was super easy to install. My only knock on this order was that it took longer to arrive (1 Week) than was promised.

it was easy to install, very good water pressure and looks nice, BUT when I turn on the hot water, I believe the mixing valve does not let only hot water flow when in the hot water position it is mixed with cold as well, it does not come out very hot, all my other faucets in my home are very hot when I turn on the hot water, as a kitchen faucet, i would like to get only hot water in the hot position, and not mixed with cold water I most likely will be returning this faucet. only rating three stars because I definitely would like very hot water in my kitchen.

The company had these without the adaptors, they promised in the ad and a message to send the two adaptors right away, they failed to do that! The company, 3rd party issues, abound, never emailed in 48 hours, now going on two weeks, nothing for a response, Walmart policy is a company emailed get back to you within 48 hours. They apparently sent a empty package supposed to contain the adaptors, the USPS postal service sent it ripped open saying they received it that way, from the company and sent it like that anyways with a sorry notice in a clear plastic slip over with a message of sorry on it about the ripped mail sent from the company. The Faucet is sitting here, two weeks later, nothing by mail after I sent the photos, evidence from the post office message, no email for my hardships. These 3rd party sellers simply don't care about the customers and the hassles they go through, all about the money and ignore customers, rude when I was messaged by a 3rd party company prior on a damaged engine on a VEVOR product, where the engine was. You cannot connect the Faucet without the adaptors, which they hold separate when I ordered! Walmart might make them do something different since issues are had in communication and service with the seller! I don't recommend this company, at all!

Went to all the trouble of removing my old faucet and installing this Phancir AND it leaks all down the hoses from up inside the faucet ! Returning when replacement shows up. Meantime tubs to catch water under sink.

It came with missing parts %26 caused a significant leak once installed. Had to pay for installation, uninstalling, water damage repair, and a new faucet. I reached out to Walmart %26 the seller for any compensation for the extra cost and was only allowed return for the $35 faucet on the Black Friday deal!
