DAP DryDex 5.5 oz Pink/White Dry Time Indicator Spackling Plaster All Purpose Filler

I'm very impressed by this product, I had some 1/4 holes that I needed to fill in and the nozzle works perfectly to squeeze it into the holes and not make a mess during the process, the purple color shows that it's still wet, after it's completely dry it turns white and then you can sand it, I also painted my wall on the same day after it dryed. My wall looks perfect and the cap seals up the nozzle perfectly so you can reuse it on another project.

Purchase this to fill tons of tiny holes and imperfections on old recycled wood used to make a box planter for my porch. It worked really well for different size imperfections and dried quickly. I like that its color changes from pink to white once it dries. It's very easy to use even for a beginner.

If you only need spackling for a small job and you want a resealable container, this is a good choice. The tubs of spackling are generally cheaper per ounce but if you don' use it up in a reasonable amount of time, it can dry out and become useless. This is a good compromise to that situation, especially if you can find it on sale, like I did. Great to have on hand for the occasional need.

I re painted my apartment because they told us we couldn't hang TVs on the walls, but I already had all our TVs mounted so they made me take them down and this stuff worked really well. I'm just a young woman with no experience, but I was able to figure it out and make it look decent enough with this product its drying is quick making repairs easy the tube is comfortable, and I love the size cause it was perfect for all the holes I had

I have always used latex caulking in the past for painting projects around the house. The caulking, however, always shrinks and cracks over time, leaving unsightly cracks and holes in my painting projects. I have been looking for a different product to use, and Dap Dry Dex states that it will NOT shrink or **** over time, and that it is also sandable, unlike caulking. I quickly ordered 6 5.5 oz tubes from Walmart.com, where I found the price much cheaper than anywhere else! There was no shipping fee, and the tubes were delivered to my door in just 2 days! I NEVER get anything from Amazon where I live in less than a week! The package was also wrapped up safely and securely, to prevent the possibility of any leaks. I have used 1 tube on a wooden plank wall to hide cracks and holes from where the old caulking material had shrunk and cracked, and it covered everywhere I put it perfectly! Much easier to work with than caulking, squeeze tube application, and much easier cleanup!

This was great. It dries fast, and yes, the pink does dry to white. I used it to patch holes in the wall from where I had curtain rod anchors. I was super pleased with how easy it was to work with.

Works well, drys white, should use gloves when applying.

Absolutely love this product. Never drive it out or becomes contaminated… Easy for small jobs. You know exactly when it's done trying.

I love this spackling and this tube keeps it from drying out when you are not using it all at one time. However on the flip side, it is hard to get out of the tube.

I like the fact this will dry out slower than the tub. However, it is really hard to squeeze it out of the tube. It works as well as the material in the tub.
