ok so first of the instructions are not great but the ease of use of this little thing is amazing! Tip* use distilled water so it won't rust or have hard to clean water marks and wash ask the plastic lose pieces before using. I really do love this thing. I just put the correct amount of water for the eggs to be soft/ hard boiled and turn it on and it will turn off when it runs out of water (or close to it). Eggs come out perfect every time. Just dump them into a bowl of water with ice and let them cool and peel with ease.

This is a really cute egg steamer. Even though the plastic parts don't look like they are made of high quality material, this egg steamer does the job. It's easy to operate. I steamed the eggs for 11 minutes, and I had perfectly easy-to-peel cooked eggs. For a clearance price of $6.50, plus super-fast shipping, I will not ask for more. Thank you.

No muss, no fuss. for under $10, does exactly what it needs to. No extra features, no bells and whistles. measure your water, set a timer on a phone or stove based on recipe times (look them up online), and turn it off when your timer goes off. I used salad tongs to retrieve the eggs, waited for the unit to cool, and stored it on the back of a shelf. Small and uncomplicated. No razzle dazzle, and doesn't need any. It does the job.

Great product for soft boiled eggs. Does not include tray/bowl for poached as seen and described on the box. Very vague directions. I enjoy my egg whites very firm with a dry yolk, it does not do this.

The product came opened, has no instructions, the cup for water is almost the size of a medication cup and nothing to pierce the egg. I have a single level egg cooker from Nastolgia brand, much better quality and correct parts. I really was looking forward to cooking 14 eggs at once, but this was a bust and will be returned.

First of all the Walmart shipping box was crushed but I'm I figured that was okay as long as the egg maker worker. The big X the egg maker came in was open and it was missing parts. It only came with the egg tray and the water cup, which didn't have a piercer on the bottom to poke the hole in the egg. I figured I would just use it but it didn't work properly. When my eggs where done they were not completely cooked and yolk ran out from the egg when I peeled it. This was definitely a waste of money and obviously a returned product. I'm just going to throw it away so the company doesn't pass this trash off to someone else. Walmart only shipped the product so I'm not blaming them. I will however stick to Amazon. I've never had an issue like this with their products

This is a Dollar store item ..I should have known better. Turned itself off first try. DOES NOT DO ALL THE ITEMS LISTED. IT DOES HARD BOILED EGGS ONLY. INSTRUCTIONS ARE WRITTEN BY A TODDLER, I'm surè.

1) The little amount of instructions provided were obviously very poorly translated into some form of English. They tell you nothing about how to operate the cooker. 2) Either the included measuring cup is not marked or it's the wrong item. It gives me no reading I can use to add the correct amount of water to cook the eggs. The instructions give no information on required water amounts. 3) The product description stated the cooker would automatically shut off. It does but then it comes right back on again. The instructions don't tell you how long to cook the eggs and the unit doesn't shut off when finished so it's a total guessing game.

Worse purchase I ever made in my 50 some years. Doesn't work well, missing the steel needle on bottom of measuring cup, has a not so sharp plastic needle that just breaks the eggs. Flimsy, warped when using, goes off before done. Instructions impossible to follow as the Chinese to English is worse I have seen but it's self explanatory on how it works.

I knew it was inexpensive, however I didn't realize it was used. the bottom pan has scratches on it, the cord looked like it was wrapped by a child, and the plastic covering was a carrying bag. Also the box was substantially tore up. I am not interested in purchasing used products that are damaged!
