Arctic Air Chillzone XL Evaporative Cooler

It's compact, really nice for some spot cooling. We bought this because our AC decided to not work right on a very hot day, and maintenance couldn't come until the next day because they were busy with other units. It helped keep the temperature tolerable in our living room until our AC was repaired and got back up to speed. Definitely great to have if you have a space that needs some extra cooling.

works great in my little bedroom keeps my room cool The last two weeks here in Ohio are air quality has been really bad so I haven't been able to turn on my big AC in my living room so I decided to move this thing into my living room and try it out there worked great get me and my husband both cooled off while he's late and watch TV in the living room.

These are the best things I have ever bought! They are perfect for keeping cool while sitting on my porch during the hot summer months in southern Tennessee. I highly recommend them! I love to add nugget ice before filling the water reservoir to add an extra chill to the misting feature.

i like the product, but you put it at the bottom of my hill, which is right by Route 30, so if i wouldn't find it, it would be stolen...i gave instructions to always bring it up the driveway an put it by the door, by the garage, or in the front is fine.. This is the second time this has happened, please bring up to the house, theres no house or garage at the bottom of the driveway. im glad i found it, thank you...

I bought this for my bedroom which is always hotter than the rest of my house. I knew it wasn't going to be like an Ac unit but it does NOTHING only cools you down if you right next to it ….. Which that is annoying because it is very loud even on the lowest speed. The filter that your suppose to freeze to get time Arctic air only last a good 5-10 minutes.

Followed the instructions word for word and when I say I thought I was gonna die from heat exhaustion, I KID YOU NOT.! It started off cool when I fell asleep. About 6 hours later, it was sweltering.! My thermostat read 88°..???!!!! THIS PRODUCT SUCKS.! I WANT MY MONEY BACK.!

This was gift for my grandson and it stopped working four days after purchase. He was so disappointed as he has wanted one for months. He thought he had done something wrong or broke it and was quite hesitant to return it, but we returned it to the store and found that many others have been returned as well. We did not purchase another one.

Had been using a regular small fan to move air in work area. Thought the Arctic Cooler would do better job. It didn't move air as well and any cooling feature could only be felt holding hand directly in front of unit. Tried chilling water before using as well as cooling the cartridge. Still insufficient.

Would give this 0 stars if it was an option. I needed this as an air conditioner alternative due to not having a window in my young childrens bedroom but It's no more then an $80 oscillating fan and did not cool the room off one bit. Do not recommend.

I purchase the Arctic Air to assist in cooling my truck camper for a 30 day trip. After an initial attempt to use the unit I realized it was not going to work as advertised. I was on my trip and didn't have the original box with me, so I waited until I returned to take it back to Walmart. I didn't realize there was a 30 day limit on this item. All original packaging and receipt, no refund. Seemed like a good idea, however it is a great gimmick and doesn't work as advertised.
