Great AC. It's better than my new GE 10k BTU. It's quick, efficient, and not loud but not quiet. Easy install ion and operation.. I wish I bought more, will def buy again. Especially with the sale they had then at $218. I got 3yr replacement but can't say anything bad as of this time.

My last AC unit could barely keep the house at 70 when it was 75 outside. I got this one and just on LOW, it gets to cold I have to wear socks. I like the energy saver feature, too. It is also very quiet.

Love my Artic King cools off whole 500sq foot apartment when big heat /air unit would not and does not run constantly.

Nice air conditioning unit. I put a hole in my garage wall, and mounted it high in my 2.5 car oversized garage. It cools the whole garage nicely, and I love the app to turn the temperature down in the morning before I go out to work.

This air conditioner is wonderful. It saves energy, it looks and works great. I really love the Wifi feature and the many other nice features. I bought one for my house. I liked it so much that I bought 2 more for a trust property that I am managing.

OGM I can not believe how nice it is ion my house. I had one 10000 BTU running and it was in the 80's. Now with both of them, this one is able to actually shut off when the temp is reached and I ave it set at 68. NC is very hot, muggy and humid in the summer and it has been miserable in the house. My huskies love this

We purchased this item for the third level of our house with the hopes it would at least cool half of it! Well over and beyond our expectations because it is keeping the entire floor cold! Controls make it very easy to operate. The only down fall is that it is loud compared to my other window units...

Arrived with a HUGE DENT on the back left corner which was discouraging to see. normally I would have just packed it up and send it back but seeing as how it's the middle of the summer and it's freaking hot as all heck I needed this air conditioner so bad so I just took it out of the box set it up and pray that it would work. thankfully it does work but it makes kind of a weird sound that I have never heard from an air conditioner unit before so I'm guessing that has something to do with the huge dent on the side and back of the unit but hey cools down the room pretty well so I'll just leave it for now.

I receive my ac with a few dents maybe during delivery, because the box was damaged. I don't know if I can return it.

This looked like a quality unit by the pictures show and the description. When I pulled it out of the box, I noticed that the box was slightly damaged. I have seen worse. The outer tin cover on one side has dented in on both top and bottom of the case that I had difficulty installing the air dams. I looked it all over and noticed that the entire internal duct work was in pieces. Something happened to this during shipping along the way somewhere. It's going back.
