Arctic King 5.1 Cu. ft. Chest Freezer, Black

we bought this after our other freeezer went out, and so far, it has been amazing. very clean and looked great when we got it. keeps temp like it's supposed to and has decent storeage for small chest freezer. The little basket is nice to put small items in.

I agonized for days after reading reviews and was most afraid of getting a unit full of damage but I seem to be a lucky one because there is none. It could have been as it really was not packaged well. I let it set for 24hrs before plugging it in and it's working great. Another thing that made me hesitant is the policy that says it has to be returned in 2 days of delivery THAT IS RIDICULOUS especially when the first 24 hrs it's not to be plugged in. I am surprised that I or anyone would buy this product with that RIDICULOUS rule. At least 7 days is more acceptable.

This freezer was perfect for my needs . I had read many reviews and searched a long time. Its been a few months and it works just fine. I love it! I do recommend getting this one, cause my own mother keeps coming over to put her stuff in it because she likes it so much. lol

Bought for the reversible refrig function and garage ready. Once the food inside fully cooled down, the temperature cycles around 37 - 40 F halfway up vertically with the knob at full 'cooling'. I did test the freezer function, It quickly went to 0F. Im pleased. Shipping caused a dent on the cover over the compressor, but that seems fairly normal with shipping. Its ok, everything is working!

My deep freezer went out so I found this one online for a reasonable cost and free delivery it was delayed by 1 day but still sooner than expected plugged it up and it started to get cold and freeze instantly and is larger than it actually looks all my food fit perfectly.

Compact yet very roomy inside, whisper quiet you can barely hear the tiniest hum unlike our mini fridge which sounds like R2-D2. Great dual use. You can set it to cool only and use it as a garage or a workshop or a deck refrigerator for drinks or you can set it to freeze and use it for a literal deep freeze. Arrived in perfect condition, very pleased.

I recommend this freezer. What I do not recommend is buying it thru Walmart. I bought this and it came damaged pretty bad appearance wise. Still works even tho it looks rough cosmetic wise. And my only options even tho it was delivered is to bring it back to the store myself.. what’s the purpose of buying online and having it delivered. It’s a freezer it doesn’t fit in my car lol. Or take a $25 credit. Doesn’t seem fair to me but had to have it since my frozen food had to be put somewhere right then !!

the frezzer its self is great but they damaged it on the lower left side whole bottom left side crushed. had to wait fir 4 days to get it delivered. and if i wanted a refund would have to bring frezzer to store and wait to get my money back on my card so im stuck with a damaged item that i had to pay full price for so not exactly satisfied

ordered the Arctic king convertible it took longer to get that was said and delayed 3 times with FedEx. I got the freezer finally and the thermostat wouldn't work .. Try to talk to Walmart multiple times with customer care by phone but nothing wasn't solved....would not recommend... Don't waste your time with this freezer

I purchased a freezer from Walmart that was delivered on October 15, but it arrived damaged during shipping. I called customer service on October 17 to schedule a pickup return and was told someone would come to my house to pick it up — but no one ever showed up. I’ve called seven times since then, and each time I was told, “someone will come soon.” After 17 days, I was finally informed that the pickup option doesn’t even work and that I have to return the freezer to the store myself. If they had told me this from the beginning, I could have avoided weeks of waiting and frustration. I’m very disappointed by the lack of communication and reliability from Walmart’s customer service.
