Arctic King 7.0 Cu Ft Chest Freezer with Convertible Modes

I am using in refrigerator mode. My large refrigerator over $800 lasted less than 3 years. Bought another much smaller through walmart and it was junk (using for dry storage because I don't drive). So this little guy was a life savor. I set a crate sideways in the bottom to keep smaller items in reach. It has a basket and of course as anyone with a chest freezer knows it has the area that is higher inside where the motor is. I use that for my sauces. I tested it as a freezer also and it hit -30 pretty quick. I would say it lives up to it's name. Also absolutely no damage, was in perfect shape. We was also ready to help unload as we are with all larger items.

I believe artic king makes good products and the price for the product is very reasonable to my budget. I also like the fact that this product has two modes ,you can use it for a refrigerator or a freezer. For the price and it being 7cu ft makes even a great purchase!

We just got it today .. we was so excited to get it! opened the box %26 IT WAS DENTED!! The left side %26 the back was dented %26 popped out!! We was %26 are soooo mad !!!! I mean can’t yall be more careful with stuff %26 care about it a lil ???!!! Yall don’t care!! Bc it’s not yours !!!! %26 that’s BULLCRAP!!!!!!! !!!!! Do better !!!!!!!!

Before ordering my 7.0 cu ft freezer, I read the bad reviews about FedEx's mishandling of large packages. I thought they should have improved their service by now, but I was wrong. I did receive my freezer in a bad state. I returned it that same day and threw it away at a free FedEx center for a replacement. But it's been 5 days and there's still no news about when I'll get my replacement freezer, nor is there any guarantee that it will arrive safely this time.

It arrived on time. Seemed to be packaged nicely. Get it setup and notice two dents in the front! Walmart flat out lied. Agent said another one would be delivered and this one picked up. It never happened. After six calls and three chats I got tired of calling and trying to get someone that understood English to get resolution! This is the last big item I buy from Walmart.

Wellll it arrived with dents all over it and scraped off corners. The best part though is the so called “customer service” provided. I tried first to use the chat and then when I provided more details all of a sudden I could no longer use the chat feature and it directed me to call line. Funny how that works. Then when I got someone on the phone the best they could do was twenty percent back and a wee little promo code. Thanks a bunch. NOT.

My personal experience is terrible. The product came in damaged but the box is not damaged. I've been fighting to get my money back since February 27,2025. Beem going back and forth with them. I don't even have enough time and space. I have a book on everything. I have sent everything they ask for. I ordered it though Walmart, but I have to deal with the company of the product. Which I don't think is right. I ordered from Walmart. Walmart should take the return back. I should not be going through this. I had this happened at Lowe's before, but they deal with the problem not me and it was a third party product. When it first happened, I called 2 different Walmarts.They refuse to take it back and give me my money back.That's in Hammond and Ponchatoula Louisiana. So I will said never order a big product from Wal-Mart. I won't be ordering nothing through walmart ever again. I hate to even hear someone say Walmart. This is really ridiculous.I'm still dealing with it as of today.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!! THIS WAS DELIVERED WITH SCRATCHES AND DENTS AND I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I WOULDN'T GET A REFUND BECAUSE I REPORTED IT AS NOT DELIVERED!!! FALSE INFORMATION AND LIES TO KEEP FROM GIVING ME A REFUND. I WILL REPORT SUCH FRAUDULENT ACTIONS. BUYER BEWARE

Walmart has sent me a horribly damaged product… Even though I gave them a second chance to order and send again… When the second one came, it was more damaged in the first one. Horrible!

when it was delivered and I opened the box it had a slight dent on the lid . i work at walmart and sometimes things get mess up from the pallets. thats why i prefer buying in the store cuz you see what you are buying and things get messed up in shipping and handling I paid over $200 for this item and I am kind of upset with the dent it was a Mother's Day gift to my mother.
