Arlo Essential Spotlight Wireless Security Camera - 3 Pack - 1080p Video Color Night Vision, White VMC2330W

Love these cameras. Wish I had found them before getting my security system. Only thing I would change is having to pay 10 dollars a month after getting 3 months free. We just got them so we really don't know what will be included after the free three months.

Arlo spotlight cameras are the best item I've bought for our new house. I bought the 3 pack and they work like a dream. Clear HD picture including live and recorded. The sound is clear as a bell too and you'll hear and see everything. It let's you know when there is a vehicle, animal or motion among other functions that are too many to mention. If you're undecided let me decide for you. Get them you won't be disappointed!

Easy to configure and to mount. Nice features (color night vision, siren, spotlight, and more.) I already had an Arlo doorbell camera and account, and the integration of these camera was seamless. Keep in mind that if you want all the advance features of these cameras, you'll need to pay a modest monthly subscription to Arlo to get them. But I think it's worth it.

A couple of issues I have , when I first purchased them they work amazing it was easy to download the app and set it up , Installed them no problem , then we notice the battery was dying that where the issues started , we have to climb up take them down to charge them every day in a half or 2 , it was a hassles to clone up and down , so I recommend you purchase the solar panels to keep them charged, all of my cameras worked until I had to take 1 down to charge it then that one never turned back on , it still don't work it says something about the not being connected to my wifi , but the other 2 work fine I have them plugged all day because the battery waste so fast , when I purchased them I thought it wasn't going to need so much charging , however you won't have a problem with that if you keep them plugged or but the solar panels , the next thing is that when you install the camera you have a 90 day recording where it keeps records of the recording it previously made that I thought was awesome because we where robbed so we can go back and check , however after the 90 days you have to pay $13 a month for it to continue to store your recordings , they have different plans you'd have to choose from , the camera work great and do the job , I wish they would of advertise that you would need solar panel for them or that you wound have to recharge them every 2 days ,I do pay the $14 a month because I'm not always looking at the camera and I like to see my packages being delivered and if someone comes on my property I am alerted so I like that but if you don't pay the monthly fee it won't record anything you have to keep cameras on your phone to see who comes and goes , but I hope this helped I was ranting lol but I just say if your going to purchase these Arlo camera invest in the solar panels I totally 10/10 recommend you do this way they stay where you install them and you don't have to move them to charge them I love having my camera up it feels safe to have them with everything going on these where on sale when we purchased them $109 I tried to call email to fix my camera but still haven't been able to fix the 3rd one so I just use the other 2 but over all I'd say I give them a 7 out of 10 the sales person didn't tell me they were going to discount these because they upgraded I would of purchased the newer ones because to be honest I've heard so many great reviews but it's ok

Arlo The actual company that makes these cameras It's very hard to contact When I needed to ask a question about merchandise.. Also when watching the video Live It's at least 3 minutes behind what is actually happening. If it were an intruder that will cause a problem.

These are great iff you just want notifications the see. Once you set these up you will get notifications but at times it's to late to see what has happened. I have tried too view “event log” after the notification but there is nothing there (missing video). You will need a hub or subscription service to see the events, apparently. The last few days hen I pull streaming it is a bit laggy but it is great clarity; day, night vision (b/w) and color night vision. There is enough light sources around me so I don't feel the spot lights help when trying to see what is going on but good if you are just focusing on that one area with the light.

I tried to contact Arlo to start service but I have a set of the grandfathered cameras I love. I was trying to understand how %26 if they would work with my old ones which are remarkably great. The rep was more interested in telling me about my old one and how it would cost $224 dollars to repair them. I only wanted to understand how they would or would not work out together. The rep started raising his voice and we got nowhere! Horrible

I bought these cameras because online they said it was a good camera and I tried them out for 2 months and I didn't like them when I went to take them back they said I had to contact Arlo themselves to return them and I did they won't even take them back after 30 days wasted $300 on cameras that they won't even take back and they suck

I installed these cameras few weeks ago. By the fifth day one the camera's battery died. Arlo, guarantee the cameras' batteries to last six months. Totally disappointed. I am trying to contact Arlo directly and there is not a costumer service number.

i bought the black friday 3 pack camera. 1 of 3 wouldnt connect. contacted walmart an another seller came up an said no refunds. i have to delete and re add the camera several times a week. also i have to be at home to push the button to add camera again . kinda worthless to be away an it needs readded battery life sucks .3 to 5 days an runs out of charge. solar panel i bought dont work had to return that minus 30percent restocking fee!! no place for memory card so after trial u have to pay $3 a month for each camera to view it online and only 30 days worth.
