These are great security cameras! So easy to install and use! I put them all up and installed them myself! Works over your wifi and has great detection and definition! I highly recommend them! Amazing product!

I have it over my garage and I'm able to see partially in may garage, both my cars, and my driveway very clearly. There is a bit of a delay but that's to be expected on WiFi. Installation was easy and took a total of 30 mins altogether. That includes setting up the app and trying to find the best placement. The app has been easy to use so far. I'm still working through the modes and programming to make it right for my needs but it's an easy adjustment. I have the competitor camera as well. I think with the light, I like this one better. I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone wanting to set up a new home security system.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn't sure how well this thing would actually work but I read a few reviews n such before even taking it out of the box. So many positive comments. It does originally make comment about paying for an added service which will be awesome if needed. But it does offer great service all on it's on. Being able to monitor without others really knowing it. We just purchased our home and have a few areas we want to monitor. The fact that it can be there, not seen easily, and has a night vision feature is perfect. It's clear, motion sensors and so far easy to use. So many benefits!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great security camera. The picture is very clear on the app and it was cinch to put up. I love that this camera can be added to the main home such as Google. The motion action works well and picks up everything. The motion sensor light is nice and bright giving a much better picture at night. The light comes on quickly and will help with security as well. The versatility of this camera and the amazing picture makes this a great buy!

I love these cameras. They are easy to set and and provide very clear pictures. I just bought a few more and have the $12.99 subscription that allows me to store footage, distinguish between animals, cars %26 people and set up zones so I can limit what it captures. If you can afford it, I would definitely invest in the solar panels for charging the cameras. They usually cost about $70-80. Then you can just set it up an forget about it.

A couple of issues I have , when I first purchased them they work amazing it was easy to download the app and set it up , Installed them no problem , then we notice the battery was dying that where the issues started , we have to climb up take them down to charge them every day in a half or 2 , it was a hassles to clone up and down , so I recommend you purchase the solar panels to keep them charged, all of my cameras worked until I had to take 1 down to charge it then that one never turned back on , it still don't work it says something about the not being connected to my wifi , but the other 2 work fine I have them plugged all day because the battery waste so fast , when I purchased them I thought it wasn't going to need so much charging , however you won't have a problem with that if you keep them plugged or but the solar panels , the next thing is that when you install the camera you have a 90 day recording where it keeps records of the recording it previously made that I thought was awesome because we where robbed so we can go back and check , however after the 90 days you have to pay $13 a month for it to continue to store your recordings , they have different plans you'd have to choose from , the camera work great and do the job , I wish they would of advertise that you would need solar panel for them or that you wound have to recharge them every 2 days ,I do pay the $14 a month because I'm not always looking at the camera and I like to see my packages being delivered and if someone comes on my property I am alerted so I like that but if you don't pay the monthly fee it won't record anything you have to keep cameras on your phone to see who comes and goes , but I hope this helped I was ranting lol but I just say if your going to purchase these Arlo camera invest in the solar panels I totally 10/10 recommend you do this way they stay where you install them and you don't have to move them to charge them I love having my camera up it feels safe to have them with everything going on these where on sale when we purchased them $109 I tried to call email to fix my camera but still haven't been able to fix the 3rd one so I just use the other 2 but over all I'd say I give them a 7 out of 10 the sales person didn't tell me they were going to discount these because they upgraded I would of purchased the newer ones because to be honest I've heard so many great reviews but it's ok

They are great cameras and you can arm are put in standby. No electricity needed. Battery charge lasts long. It is tedious to get them connected to wifi. Stay close to router when sync and try to be in 3g for initial setup. I bought 6 cameras and very happy with the ease of installation.

These are great iff you just want notifications the see. Once you set these up you will get notifications but at times it's to late to see what has happened. I have tried too view “event log” after the notification but there is nothing there (missing video). You will need a hub or subscription service to see the events, apparently. The last few days hen I pull streaming it is a bit laggy but it is great clarity; day, night vision (b/w) and color night vision. There is enough light sources around me so I don't feel the spot lights help when trying to see what is going on but good if you are just focusing on that one area with the light.

App wasn't on the App Store to sync the cameras. Ended up downloading another Arlo app and I would get 1 camera synced and as soon as the 2nd or 3rd camera would sync, the other would lose its sync! Fought it for almost 3 hours before packaging back up and returning! My Ring camera was a breeze compared to these!
