I'm a long-time user of the Arm & Hammer toothpaste. I can vouch for this product doing what it says it does. Every time I go into the Dental Clinic or a cleaning or exam I hear "you do such a good job with your dental hygiene" or "I don't have much to do on your teeth". They always give me another product to use for brushing my teeth but I'm sticking with the Arm & Hammer toothpaste...it's the reason why I get such a good report every time. I hope that this product is never taken off the market or changed for any reason. Great job Arm & Hammer!
I could not eat most fruits for years and eating something with vinegar with it was very risky for me. My teeth/gums would hurt. Now, after using this toothpaste, I can eat as much fruit and foods with vinegar in it as I want, as often as I want. I am so happy in this regard because of this product.
I have been using Arm & Hammer CompleteCare toothpaste for about 2 weeks now, and am really surprised that a product can actually do as it is advertised to do. At first the taste was a little weird, but I got over that quickly when I felt the lasting freshness. Morning mouth is down to a much more agreeable point. REALLY GLAD that I tried this toothpaste. This is now my go-to from now on.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arm and hammer Complete care is a blast of clean for your teeth,The baking soda was a great improvement on all those other toothpaste that are loaded with sweet tasting paste this was a clean you could fee, complete care feeling extra clean and smooth when i ran my tongue over them , my breath had a cleaner smell even without mouthwash and the clean and fresh breathe lasted a long time. Awesome product for fresh and lasting clean.I received this product for my honest and unbiased review.
I have been using A & H toothpaste for several years. Most recently my local store did not have Advanced White so I purchased Complete Care. To my surprise this toothpaste has a chemical in it that made the inside of my mouth peel. It was most unpleasant and I will nevver purchase ti again. The chemical is: Sodium Lauryl Sulfate
I typically purchase Advance White but my local grocery seems to no longer stock this product. I purchased a 2-pack of A&H Complete Care thinking it would be similar. After the first use I realized this was not the same product I was accustomed to. Further inspection of the package now states "Ultra Smooth Formula". Well, if I wanted to purchased Crest or Colgate maybe it would have sufficed but, no, the fact that it reminded me of other brands was not satisfactory. I have purchased A&H toothpaste for some time for it's non-regular brand texture and taste. Sadly, will never purchase again.
Immediately after brushing teeth my mouth was sore and so was my tongue. My lips became chapped and irritated. This toothpaste was a terrible buy and I regret purchasing it. I went back to Crest Pro Health and will never stray from using it in the future. Wish I could post this without even one star!!!
I bought this a few weeks ago, and it hurts my teeth and gums so much. If I use it as directed (twice a day) and floss, my teeth get overly sensitive. Would return it if I could.
I've used this toothpaste in its original formula for years. This "great new formula" burned my lips and the skin around them so badly that it took two weeks to heal. I am so disappointed and now I have to find another toothpaste that works as well as this one USED to and that doesn't damage my skin.
Unfortunately, this product contains both sodium lauryl sulphate as well as titanium dioxide. While neither is banned yet, sodium lauryl sulphate has been shown in studies to promote painful aphts and titanium dioxide is no longer allowed in food in the EU. Most EU manufacturers of toothpaste already have or will soon have eliminated TiO2 from toothpaste because it can no longer be assumed that titanium dioxide is definitely safe to use and replacements exist. This product here would probably be banned under foreseeable EU regulation so maybe you should consider using safer alternatives today.
