This is the very best thing for seasonal allergies. Equate 24 Hour Cetirizine Hydrochloride Allergy Relief Tablets, 10 mg, 90 Count contains 10 mg of Loratadine, a second-generation antihistamine that relieves allergy symptoms (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes/throat) by blocking histamine. It is "non-drowsy" because it acts on peripheral histamine receptors rather than crossing into the brain. Claritin-D also adds pseudoephedrine for congestion. It does not make you sleepy and clears up everything in one tablet.

EXCELLENT allergy symprom relief. Product is as good or better than brand ZYRTEC at a fraction of the price. I have had terrible allergies all my life and this product really helps me from sneezing, itchy eyes and throat, watering eyes, and stuffy nose. I highly recommend.

Cetirizine is a great antihistamine and it doesn't have all of the negative side effects that Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) does so it's great to have this bulk option because taking it daily basically eliminated all of my allergies. If this doesn't work for you try Loratadine and Fexofenadine all of them are better than Diphenhydramine and won't make you drowsy.

This product works well, but I take it at night before bedtime it does make a person drowsy however it works well to decrease environmental symptoms of sneezing , watery eyes, congestion, tickle in the back of the throat. I have not had any issues with my gut flora in the time I gave used this product.

I had an allergic response and it affected my sinuses (swollen nose where my glasses rest), and a cough with mucus. I set an alarm for 24 hrs daily, which is the time between doses, and took it for 2 weeks and it cleared the infection I had which had clear and then yellow mucus. i would have needed to see doctor if untreated and it worked well.

Put it this way...had to order it three times before I was successful as they were selling out, so I think it is a favorite with plenty of people.....I use one every day to keep a grip on my allergies.....then take a few days off to see how things are...but, as soon as the sneezing starts, I am back on it again....I have some big time allergies and this definitely helps. I've been on a prescribed daily dose of cetirizine hydrochloride for allergies for several years. I've tried many different OTC brands and formulations from several stores. For me, this one works as well as the name brand and is a fraction of the price. To my fellow maintenance users, give this one a shot.

I use the Equate 24 hr Indoor/Outdoor allergy medication with antihistamines to control watery eyes and sneezing. The pollen in South Texas is horrible. I am originally from out-of-state resident and never really experienced yearly allergies attacks here in Texas. I require to stock up with allergy medication. This specific allergy medication can sometimes be ineffective and sometimes works well. It all depends on if I cut the pill in half to reduce the after effects of heavy drowsiness the next day after I awake. I do not cut the pill in half if my allergies acts up horribly. It does reduce the sneezing and itchy nostrils. I am aware that medications can be a hit or miss for different people but this medication is one of many that I always keep in my medication cabinet.

This is the only allergy medication that works for me. I've tried others and none of them work as well or as quickly as cetirizine hydrochloride. I always make sure that as soon as the weather starts warming up, I get a 90 day supple and start taking it at night. This helps me sleep and lasts into the day without an itchy throat and eyes.

I like the price and volume of this product, however I do not get the relief I was hoping for. It does provide some relief by less sneezing and watery eyes, but does not clear my head, nose or ears. Did not seem like a complete allergy pill and did not last for 12 hours.
