ARM & HAMMER Multi-Cat Clumping Litter Unscented, 20 lb

This is the best cat litter we have ever used. It still amazes us that companies add scents to litter because once those scents mix with cat urine and feces, the smell becomes far worse and spreads through the entire house. Unscented litter is the only option that avoids that heavy, perfume-like odor that clings to everything. If you remember walking into a friend's house as a kid and getting hit in the face with that strong cat smell at the front door, scented litter is usually the reason. This litter clumps very well and does not add anything to the already unpleasant smell of cat waste. It simply does its job without making the situation worse.

This is the only cat litter I can use that doesn't bother my asthma, my housemate's cat's asthma or my cat's allergies. the dust is low, there is no scent, and the odor control is decent because there is rarely a smell unless I don't scoop it. Other litters have perfumes that aggravate asthma and asthma.

Arm and Hammer cat litter is all I buy for my 2 house cats. If you scoop their boxes 1 time a day and sprinkle arm and hammer litter deodorizer on the top once a day, you and your guest will never know you have cats!

This clumps well and does a solid job controlling odor without adding that fake scented litter smell on top of everything else. It is a good choice for multiple cats and scoops pretty easily.

This is a good product, usually. Occasionally I get a box that is very dusty, but usually they are fine. I'm not sure if there is a quality control issue. The color of the litter may be different from box to box (I suppose this depends what raw materials are used to make the product). There is little tracking unlike another popular brand. I would give the product a five star if there was never a box that contained very dusty litter. And the scent is very minimal to me, so that is good. Soaks up urine and easily coats feces.

This is an excellent product. The litter is difficult for my senior cat with arthritis - the litter needs to be finer for her. The box is too heavy for me comfortable. This is an excellent product - highly recommend it. There is absolutely no dust! It is highly economical.

I just bought a new auto clean cat litter box and used this sand. Some clumps, some does not. The sand is getting stuck in the grate that screens the good sand from the used sand. May not be all fault of the sand… too new to rate the actual litter box. It is definitely very, very messy when the cat comes out of the sandbox onto the floor and leaves a trail of sand everywhere. Would not be my first choice.

We are using Arm and Hammer SLIDE litter. A clumping litter. We tried this Multi-Cat stuff - we have multiple cats - but it was just a sticky hard to scoop mess. Back to the SLIDE.

for one thing it was a wrong cat litter it did not clump like I want it and it was not fragrance how I wanted I will never buy this again I didn't mean to get it in the first place they just got the wrong thing

This is a no go for me, I don't understand how people say it doesn't smell. It smells so bad when the cats use it. Almost like sourkraut that's expired, Golly this smells awful. I just wasted a whole bunch of litter because it's going straight into the trash, stinks up the whole room.
