Purina Friskies Pate Seafood Favorites Variety Pack, Wet Cat Food, 5.5 oz Cans

My cat loves Friskies Pate. He got pickie about the age of 9. We went through a lot of different brands and textures before finding one he would always eat. He has even put on some weight and his fur has gotten soft and shinny. The price is reasonable.

My cat was diabetic diagnosed in Feb. called Friskies and got carb counts. Pate is lowest carb food they sell. Previous ate shreds. I'd rinse the sauce in can w hot tap water 2x. Then add hot water and mix. Cat would eat but eventually bought pure frozen tuna and pure frozen salmon treats to crush after he ate 1/4. To encourage eating. He would eat 1/2 can at meal. In between meals would give canned rinsed tuna or rinsed salmon 3 tbs or whatever he wanted. To stick to main meals 12 hrs apart. He went into remission in May. Keeping on same diet to prevent relapse. So far so good.

The Friskies Seafood Variety pack is a good value for the money. I did make a mistake when ordering. I was looking for the sliced, etc. and I didn't look at what I had ordered. lol My Midnight really doesn't care about the form. He loves Friskies!

It's my go to wet cat food my cats love it. I have three female feral cats that I adopted and the can they come in you donate back to the pharaoh foundation. They get money for it because it's got a white interior. The little rings on top, I save for a friend of mine who collects them for a charity. Texture is great. I'm not crazy about the smell, but I don't have to eat it ha ha ha.

I sort of wish they would've put both my orders together. I ordered. I ordered my bigger order and then I ordered my oatmeal but it come. I thought they were gonna put that on my order instead of charging me twice for the tip two different people I thought it would come all at once so when they say to ad or if you forgot anything, I gotta quit doing that tonight. I just paid $20 for three things of oatmeal when they were coming out here anyway so they don't seem right to me but in all fairness we both was good. It went great but I really don't think I should've been charged that extra money for that oatmeal thank you.

I went with this brand to save a little money. Sometimes areas of the product looks discolored than the rest of the can, but my cats have not had any adverse reaction or anything.

When my cats get a whiff of the seafood, they give me a “really?” Look and walk away. The eat the other flavors but will not eat the seafood. I don't want to waste it so I give it to the stray cats that come around. If they eat it they end up throwing up.

My cats won't eat it unless I add a can of sardines, or tuna, or salmon, and some Greek yogurt to it. I just use it as a base because the texture is good and it smells like it should taste good. I don't know what's in it that the cats hate, but I seem to doctor it up enough that they will eat it.

When I opened the box I it smelled disgusting and it was full of maggots and 7 of the 24 cans were completely ruined. I should have sent the whole thing back but I spent hours throwing away the crushed and/opened cans and scrubbing dead maggots off the others. My cats were not as happy with this brand as they usually are which worries me that they were all bad.

for some reason the cats wouldn't eat it. at first I thought maybe they just didn't like the flavor. until I opened one can of the batch and the food was literally green it was rotten. the weird thing was is that it was still in date. So I took pictures and returned it to the store. I have never had this from friskies before and hopefully it was just a bad batch, however I have not bought it since.
