Arm Hammer Sensitive Skin Free Clear, 32 Loads Liquid Laundry Detergent, 50 Fl oz

I, like several other reviewers have noticed that my most recent bottle of this detergent developed a "fishy" smell after 2 months of using it. It's like it turned bad overnight. I've been using this free and clear formula for a couple years and haven't had an issue until now. I like that it's usually a scent free formula and I never had any skin issues or lingering detergent residue on my clothes. It's an economical option that you can buy almost anywhere but I probably won't be buying it again after this because of the stinky smell issue.

Misleading info claiming to get 28 washes out of this bottle...1) i struggled to read tiny print but finally able to which say for med load use bar A to fill cap...2) the cap is not marked I barely found the bars becayse they are obscured on the white cap by the stripes which 3) seems to be done this way on purpose so people over fill and have to buy more sooner. I used lowest bar on cap with my small loads but washing 28 of them did not happen, not even close

I've been using this detergent for a few years and its been amazing up until recently. I bought a 140 load bottle so I wouldnt have to buy another for a long time but after a while, it soured terribly, and now the whole thing smells like a fish market! I dont think I'll be buying another.

Bought a bottle over a year ago and it worked fine. Bought a much larger one in August 2025 which initially worked for the first few washes.. Then eventually started to smell fishy and seems to not clean at all. If possible to get a refund that would be great.

When I request a specific item, I want that item not the next best thing. I ask for a particular size for a reason. I can't lift heavy things. I also don't like paying for more than I wanted. Walmart never sends me what I order. As they are the dominant store I have no choice.

I couldn't figure out why my clothes smelled so awful!! I use several different detergents, so I decided to smell the Arm & Hammer and it smelled terrible. I went on line to see what others had to say, and I'm in complete agreement! So disappointed.

I just bought this and thought my delivery driver urinated in the bottle because i didn't leave a tip. Now after searching online i see this is common. I love the brand but this particular detergent is repulsive. I never ever have smelled a detergent like this I'm afraid of my clothes smelling like it but so far my clothes smell good but i will never ever buy this particular FREE AND CLEAR one again. I'll unfortunately have to go back to Tide :(

I switched from another brand to this one to save $$$ and I'm on my second bottle. The first was great! This second one smells horrific; not exaggerating. And it seems to be getting worse. It smells like sour dead fish cat pee. And by the look of the reviews I'm not the only one with this problem. I guess I'm going back to my old brand!

I bought this product recently and used it twice. It has been stored inside in typical temperatures. It smells very odd -- fishy. Clearly it has gone bad. The website does not present an easy way to ask for a refund -- the phone process is clearly intended to scare people off from making complaints, with a legal-sounding warning that personal information (about one's sexual preferences -- for detergent?!). Do not buy this product.

I purchased this detergent over a week ago my store was out of All free and clear. So I decided to try this since it’s for sensitive skin. Well it has flared up my itchy skin and the detergent smells like cat vomit Very disappointed and now suffering with itchy skin. I’ll be buy in my All free and clear asap.
