When you use these eyedrops, you get immediate relief from your dry eyes. It no longer feels like there is something stuck in your eye. I like this type, the drops, rather than the thick gel type. The gel is just too thick and makes it kind of hard to open and close your eyes and takes a few minutes to blink and get it spread out, all over the eyes. The drops work immediately!

This does not look at all like the product I ordered. I try to get the same that my dr recommends but this product pictured, which I received, does not look like the pictured product when I placed my order. I ordered Systane Ultra High Performance Lubricant Eye Drops but received Systane Ultra High Performing Dry Eye Relief. The product I use to get and that I am trying to order has blue on the package, what is being shipped to me does not. This has happened to me 3 times so far. Did the packaging and name change?

This was the info on order form but received pkg with 1 bottle. Would have purchased 3 bottle pkg from Costco if your system had not been misleading.

I've always only needed eye drops here and there. but when I bought these eye drops I suddenly started needing them nearly every single night. every night I would feel like my eyelid muscles were so insanely uncomfortably tense full of tension that they couldn't close comfortably to go to sleep without getting more eye drops.

I like the drops, thats why I reordered. However, this twin pack came in a hard plastic box that I had to take a hammer %26 screw driver to break open the lid to get to the box of drops. The hammer did not even crack the clear plastic box.
