Armarkat 52-in Cat Tree & Condo Scratching Post Tower, Beige

I was looking to replace a tall tower that sits by a high window. This is perfect! My two cats took to this right away. It's easy to assemble. They love the little cubby hole. It wobbles just a bit when my 15 pound cat jumps off from the top, but not enough to concern me that it will topple over. It's a nice width, doesn't intrude on my small room.

This is the second cat tree that I bought from Armarkat and I am delighted with them both. They were easy to put together and my cats are on them all the time. I have 12 cats.

The cubbyhole in the middle is a favorite place of my white kitty. She loves it. Seems well made and arrived quickly.

This item is a very good purchase for the money. The cats have enjoyed it everyday and it is super easy to put together.

Definitely not as big as I thought it would be. The posts are rather short even though my cat does use them they are not his favorite. He likes the ball. He does get on the top shelf some but won't use the box, think he is too big. I won't send it back because he does get some use out of it and it does sit right next to his favorite window.

Upon taking it out of the box, I was happy that the perches were a good size for my robust kitties to lay on. When I went to tear the bag open with the screws, it looked like it had been opened and then taped back together and another empty baggie was inside also and the cat toy was taped onto the bag. Didn't think too much of it since it was going together nicely UNTIL I went to put the last sisal post on and it just kept turning and turning and not tightening. There was not enough of screw sticking up for it to grab onto the part in the post. I could take it all apart now and drive 20 min. to the store to return and order a new one and hopefully not have the same issue, OR just use the tree as is and the kitties just won't have the top scratcher and perch. Otherwise I like the size.

The fabric was flimsy, and the first time my cat jumped up on the tree it fell over. He wouldn't go near it after that. The layout made it hard for him to climb. I am returning it and have already purchased a different tree of another brand.
