Arrived well packaged. The pumice heads are each individually wrapped, the heads are then wrapped with the handle, and all is wrapped in a little bubble wrap for shipping. I used that bag to store it all afterward. Handle is fine. I'm little, so it doesn't matter to me that the handle seemed short to other reviewers. I actually think the "shorter" length helps to use the pumice heads in the proper angles with enough force, and I don't know exactly how taller people will work it, but I'm sure anyone can. I had a toilet in terrible shape, hard water stains (and stuff) all the way to the top of the rim, not just the bowl. So rusty brown everywehere. I used 3 of the pumice heads over an hour of work and got it 80% perfect. Everything I cleaned was again white. It still needs a little work, but I ran out of time. Also I could have gotten a lot more out of the first two heads if I had realized I could keep going. I knew better with the third head and used it to almost nothing, so don't change heads too quickly. The pumice heads and handle screw together easily and quickly. I had a dirty job, but wearing gloves makes it more "comfortable" (didn't want any of that stuff on me). The pumice actually had a pleasant scent, not overwhelming, certainly a surprise. I scrubbed then flushed, repeat repeat repeat. I had nothing to lose. I saw no damage to the porcelain. I'm pretty pleased. So if you are willing to use some elbow grease, this is a great tool. I don't believe ANY chemical cleaner could have cleaned up this toilet, ever. And I wouldn't want to use any chemical cleaner if I didn't have to. The pumice wears away as you use it, like a super duty magic eraser sort of. But the pumice "dust" flushed just fine (pun intended). I know that the "landlord" would just replace the toilet rather than try to clean it up (yep, that bad), but for an hour of scrubbing, yay, no need to add this one to the landfill. We can save the biosphere, but we have to do the work. Oh, this tool also costs a LOT LESS than any chemical cleaners (even the simplest ajax or windex types), and of course a lot less than a new toilet. I'm glad I purchased this, and I'm very happy to have 9 pumice heads remaining (the pic shows 10, but I think I received 12). In either case, I like having enough to have another go or three at bad jobs.
