AROMA® 18Qt. Roaster Oven with High-Dome Lid (ART-718RH)

I love this roasting pan I got the roasting pan for my corn beef dinner and I will be using it for my Easter ham dinner! It cooks much faster than an oven. Clean up is so easy. Definitely recommend it. It cooked 9 lbs. of corn beef and all the trimmings in @ 3 hours on 350 degrees.

This is my second roaster, I had the same version of a different brand for over 10 years and it worked wonderful. When I needed a new one I decided on this Aroma Roaster for the size and quality. It is very durable and can fit a large turkey easily. I love how easy it is to use and how perfectly it cooks everything!

An additional "oven" is handy for me. I am limited with a small kitchen and little work space so this counter oven is very convenient. It requires a heat proof pad under it for cooking. I found the temperature accurate and the moisture making lid as advertised. Overall, I am pleased with this item and do recommend it.

Love, love, love this Roaster oven. I bake cakes in it, and also bought the buffet insert from Amazon, so I can't wait for my next party to have 3 professional buffet items in my Aroma hot and ready to serve. I will probably buy one or two more of these for my baking business. Love this oven!!!

This counter oven is better than regular ovens! It cooks everything with no bending over and lifting heavy things. I use a variety of sizes of pans in it and can cook more than one thing at a time. And it does fit a whole turkey in it also. I love it!

I've owned several turkey roasters over the years. I've never had an issue with them and they are wonderful for cooking a turkey. Not just for turkeys but that is all I have ever used them for. I have given several turkey roasters away over the years. Not too long ago, I was going to purchase one and I was shocked at the price. I paid less than twenty five dollars for every one I bought. Since it is not something I use but rarely, I passed on buying. The clearance price of 33 dollars is fair so I jumped on buying. I have owned an Aroma turkey roaster in the past and I suspect this one works just as well. I'd say grab at this price before they sell out!

I bought this beauty because my Granddaughter loves to cook. Never too early for Christmas shopping ! Shes going to love it, not just for roasting,but canning soups and big batches of broth or veggies. Great product!!!

I received this product damaged. However the packaging wasn't damaged so I did not open it till the Holiday, only to find that the lid is damaged on both sides. the metal lid is so damaged that it does not fit properly on the roaster pan. I am not stuck with an item I can not use due to it being outside of the 90 day window. I also spoke with Aroma. They are a joke of a company. I will never purchase from their brand. They only insure their one year warranty if the items are purchased directly from them and not a third party such as Walmart. Please beware when purchasing Aroma brand products.

Worst customer service experience of all my years of online shopping and after the experience that I experienced with the company and customer service I withdrew my paid membership due to the awful customer service and 9 awful different representatives I've never been so disappointed and and dissatisfied in all my year of buying from a good reputation store

I think it was funny that when I ordered 4 of these roasters at the sale price they were available for delivery. Then I got the email saying that only 2 could be delivered. Although the next day they were available for delivery at the full price. Not very good customer service.
