Crock-Pot Manual 8-Quart Slow Cooker, Rhubarb

I have used crock -pots for years have a 6 quart, wanted a larger one for making chicken bone broth. I have already used this 8 qt. crock-pot it worked perfect making bone broth. I have always been happy with crock- pot. Delivered same day I ordered very happy customer.

This was a gift to replace one I damaged the night before. I can't believe it arrived the very next day just after lunch. I was able to give it back to its owner immediately. And the cost was less than that of the ceramic liner that broke. What else could I have wanted?? Great work Walmart!!!

This crock pot is big enough that my husband has not been able to overfill it. Its cooking power is goid when on high and is slow enough to prevent overcooking on low. So far i have had no problem with food film and sticking on the crock. Good product

I like that it's the only 8 quart slow cooker I've seen. The bigger the better. It has 4 easy modes of operation, OFF, LOW, HIGH, and WARM. You can let it sit for hours on warm without worrying about it. Biggest danger is don't pour cold water into it when it's empty and has been on high. It will experience thermal shock and crack. Then it's ruined.

My 25 year old Crock Pot finally bit the dust. Wanted a basic one like it and this one fit the bill! Actually love the color and it cooks perfectly!! Have done 4 meals in it. People complain about the cover being loose, its made that way. There is no vent hole in the lid (like my old one) there are 4 little slits (2 on each side) to let steam out. Heats up perfect (low and high) Food comes out great, Love the big 8qt size. Perfect for slow cooked dinners!!!

I probably should've paid attention more to the product that I was ordering. I wanted a basic crockpot, but I did not notice that there's not even a digital display or an automatic shut off. For the price, i would have at least liked a set it and forget it model. this is a truly old school dial model. Again, my fault for not researching more before purchase but for the price i think i could have done better.

I gave it two stars only because I don't like the way the bigger ones cook The food doesn't taste as good in the bigger ones. This is the second bigger one I've had and it just doesn't cook the same as the smaller crockpots. There's nothing wrong with the one that they sent me. It's in great shape. It's pretty, but I'm still gonna have to buy a smaller one because I just don't like the way the bigger ones, help someone else before they purchase it so they know that it doesn't taste the same. It cooks really well the same time frame and all of that as the smaller ones the food just doesn't taste good like it does a smaller crockpot.

During the second time using it, it got a hairline crack going all the way through and started leaking on my counter. This should not happen after only 2 uses. I was origially very happy with the product as it looked nice and we liked the size, but after the crack we cannot use it anymore.

purchased August 14th. Used less than 10x and the inside is chipped. It has never been dropped or anything. only a wooden and silicone spoon has been used in it. Never had a crockpot do this but ill never buy another crockpot. I can't return it because i no longer have the box. $50 wasted and in this economy with a large family this was a splurge.

I'm on my husbands account but it came broken and I put it back in the box and I tried to return just after the 30 day mark since I rarely have the car as a sahm, but it was refused to be returned. It is very frustrating because I wanted an exchange for the same item.
