I bought these specifically because I needed something large enough for family sized leftovers and bringing dishes to gatherings. The 15.7 cup capacity is massive and holds a ton of food. The lids snap on securely with a tight seal, and they stack beautifully in the fridge without taking up unnecessary visual space. They are lightweight, durable, and easy to clean in the event you plan to reuse. Highly recommend if you need serious storage capacity.

I bought 2 of the bowls several years ago and am still using them. My other bowls, however, have cracked or broken and I needed to replace them. I'm way past thinking I need glass bowls, so I ordered 2 more sets of these and I know I'll still be using them when that 1 final glass bowl breaks. Great buy, easy to store and easy to clean. If you're left with an 'onion smell', simply put some salt in the bowl with a little water, swish it around a bit and the smell goes away with the salt and water.

Very handy for using when taking food to parties. I used these at home when I make larger portions of meals %26 split them into meal-sized portions for freezing. Great for contributing to family parties %26 not having to worry about forgetting expensive storage containers.

I love these containers. I use and reuse mine, until they're not usable anymore. They make great containers for church potluck salads, leftovers, and even for hand mixing (with hands, not mixer). They are definitely worth the price.

Rubbermaid has produced a line of food storage containers that is perfect for seniors, who no longer cook for their families I live in a small home by myself and have limited cabinet space. I no longer need lots of containers with strong closures. These pieces are much easier for me to use, and they are pretty.

I finally have a lidded bowl that is perfect for bread making. Unlike glass that is very heavy, these bowls are light weight and the lid seals nicely. Capacity is wonderful for fermenting overnight and rising the dough. Two bowls, two lids….what a bargain!

i opened them and the bad odor filled the kitchen. it was terrible. i washed them and they still smelled bad

The bowl is very thin and fragile. My husband dropped one and it cracked. Wasn't even 1/4 full, but created a big mess. This used to be our go to brand, Will no longer waste the money.
