I'm doing a fairly big project, and 8' cat tower and gluing sisal across it 5' and this glue gun is adequate for the job but I found my hands getting tired after an hour. I'll definitely keep it for smaller projects, but ended up getting the larger arrow glue gun as well! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Good gun BUT stand does not work as it should, will NOT stand up.

First of all, I cut my finger on a staple opening up the package. Second of all, the glue gun got extremely hot, but never omitted any hot glue. It must be defective because I read the instructions and did everything listed. I've owned 2 other hot glue guns as well. Cheaply made. Do not buy.

It is a pity that this silicone gun does not work. I arrived and I was excited and when I went to use it it leaked a lot of silicone and when I pulled the trigger, no silicone came out. I will certainly return it

Seems no hole in nozzle. Am I supposed to remove a.plug or cap on gun.?

Just bought the 400TR First of all there is not one glue stick included in the package. How cool! Now you need to go back buying glue sticks before trying the tool. Then there is ZERO explanation on how to use the product. How do you fill the glue sticks for a start? It says 2 sticks in the English version, 4 in the French. Maybe 3 in the Spanish one? So you think: ok let's go online. Nothing. No support. No manual. Just irrelevant videos. Going to bring it back and but a Stanley
