Doesn't dry your hair out like some similarly advertised shampoos do. Hair is shiny and has volume after use.

Cleansing and soothing
This shampoo works wonders for dry, itchy scalp! It's cleansing and so soothing. I try not to use it regularly - just as needed - because there's a warning that does concern me about an ingredient that can cause DNA damage. Just be aware of that shortcoming if you buy this product.

SENT WRONG ITEM
I'm not sure what to say about the shampoo that I ordered because they sent Conditioner.

Different product than in picture
Product shipped is not the same as depicted. The product shown or advertised is discontinued and does not have the zinc in this product.

Zinc Pyrithione is not present
There was no zinc pyrithione in the shampoo when I ordered it. The whole reason I ordered this shampoo was for zinc pyrithione. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Not as pictured
The product pictured has zinc for dandruff. The product sent to me does not. It appears they changed the formula and are now advertising one and sending a new formula.
