Ascent 100% Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate, Zero Artificial Flavors & Ingredients, 2lb

I have tried basically every different protein powder brand that exists over the last 25 years, and this particular protein powder is by far the best balance of ingredients in quality for the price. You will not find a cleaner protein powder at this price point anywhere and this particular size bag is 1.5X the price on other websites or in other stores. I have been using this protein powder for the last several months and it truly is top-notch quality. I have my personal trainer certification and have been involved in fitness and health for over 20 years, so I know more than the average person when it comes to nutrition. If you're on the fence about trying this powder, I could not recommend it more, and I have already recommended it to all of my friends who work out or supplement protein powder in their diet.

I really like everything about this protein powder. The flavor is good and it blends smoothly with just a blender stick. I mix the chocolate powder with greek yogurt, frozen raspberries and chia seeds for a most delicious smoothie!

I did not a good amount of research before deciding to buy. It's true, it taste clean and chocolatey. My husbad and I preferred to use a blender to get a good mix. One scoop and one cup/glass of our favorite milk and life is good. Will reorder soon, hopefully to a bigger bag if it's available.

Easy to mix in a shaker I usually do it with cold water and it's yummy I love peanuts and chocolate and a protein shake is my go to with this flavor combo

One of the best tasting , cleanest proein i've tried in a long time. The consistency is great on it's own or mixed in smoothies, yogurts and oatmeal. It has helped me build the quality muscle I need to perform. Will buy again.

Ascent is pretty solid, clean protien powder brand. I would be more i love with it if the vanilla flavor / sweetness was better or more prominent. After a while, it tastes more like a “buttered popcorn” flavor that is a bit unappetizing. I usually mix it with say milk or some coffee to help with that factor. Other then that, no hidden ingredients or any unnecessary fillers, additives or preservatives to mention.

texture is a bit light but taste is too notch. seems like I have to use more than a single scoop to get full flavor.

I tried to order the Unflavored whey, but the company sent me chocolate (I'm hoping) on accident. I do not like stevia, so I was hoping to avoid that, but I did try the chocolate. It blended well and had a good initial flavor, but the aftertaste is not good. Overall, it's a fine product that could be doctored to taste ok and it delivers a great amount of protein. I hope to try the unflavored at some point.
