I like the size of these ones better then the other ones. And you can stretch them some, i wear them the long way up and down my back. I like them better than Ice hot, they don't make cold at all. And my back doesn't hurt when I wear these to work. I'm a CNA and I work in a nursing home. Most of the time it's 31 residents to 1 aid at night. And i don't need my back hurting. They work really great for me.

I have tried other brands and Aspercreme patches stay on my skin! I have used prescription patches and they do not stay on the skin. Aspercreme patches are the best of all! I am a walking advertisement for these patches. I tell everyone about the patches!! When I would purchase the patches in the store, people would ask me about the patches. When my shopping cart has up to 8 boxes of patches (if the store has that many boxes on the shelf), it is obvious that they work!!!!

Addresses low back pain effectively. The XL patch is large enough to cover most of my lower back. I have to apply them by myself and they do wrinkle a bit when I do. If there is someone to help they go on smoothly and stay for 12-15 hours.

My wife has a bad disk in her spine right below the base of her head in the neck. When it's agitated it causes her severe pain from her shoulder that shoots down her arm and back. These pain relief patches help ease the pain a Lot!

My husband and I both have back aches due to disc problems. He has had one surgery but needs to return eventually to fuse that one to another one after it moved forward. I have had a history of herniated discs with arthritis observed in three different locations. Our orthopedic surgeon told us to schedule surgeries whenever the pain becomes unbearable. These provide almost instant relief. We were using another brand at first which also worked quickly, but we both started reacting to the glue they used. When we switched to this brand, it instantly became our favorite. This has delayed our need for back surgery for many years now.

Just seems to work well! My opinion , when it comes to this product, it becomes a matter of preference.

love this product. i have a awful pain in my left shoulder. aspercream allows me to get to sleep without pain. please dont use the spray and the pain patches in the same spot.

I love the way this helps my back pain. But it's really hard to apply this to your back and even though you can get it attached properly after much effort it sometimes (about 50% of the time) doesn't always stay in place for the stated amount of time. I feel there should be some kind of wrap attached that you can close in the front of your body to help resolve both of these issues. I like the way it can be worn under regular clothes even a T shirt and it isn't easily visible.

Description is wrong on number of patches. Description shows 4 patches - only 3 patches in the box.

It is not similar to other lidocaine patches. It is floppy and stuck poorly. Instructions include using every 4 hrs which is unusual. most lidocaine patches are on for 12 hrs then remove. An hour after I put it on, when I undressed for bed, patch stuck to clothes and 25% of patch got wrinkled up.
