Assurance Men's Incontinence Underwear, L/XL, Maximum Absorbency, 36 Count

My husband has been using these for about two months. He finds that they are as good or better than Depends and a lot cheaper to purchase. He also uses the Assurance Men's Guards which allows for more absorption. All in all, he is very pleased with this product.

I purchase these for my brother, and we never have issues with leaking. I have him point downward and no more than one to two uses. After two- three uses, he springs a leak. I pair with the extra large pads. Great product for the price, because he's on a very fixed income.

The fit is a bit snug and digs into my skin a tad bit, but I am on the upper limit at 240lbs. But it's comfortable and leaks are rare. Some have minor issues but none of which is a problem. These underwear are very discrete in both forms, dry or wet. Can't beat the price per quantity.

Very absorbent. If Hydrating I recommend going to the bathroom every 30 minutes whether you feel like you need to or not. They are super absorbent but try not to test it or not. Best to wear darker jeans, slacks and shorts with the item. Carry a good towel in the car as well. There's a lot of experience involved with this item...

Material is flexible and its an easy to use pull on/off for my disabled husband. It has helped him when he can't get to the bathroom in time. It has definitely helped me as I am the primary caregiver for our family. I've had to throw away some of his clothes before he started using these.

flex fit I'm told they are comfortable doesn't make sounds when you walk more of a fabric feel very little chance of chaffing as long as you take care of yourself absorbent enough that a bed wetter can go through the night. wouldn't even know someone is wearing them not bulky. will also hold "smells of urine and poo" until taken off which is wonderful! prices are affordable which I having lower income at the moment am so appreciative of!

This is the first time using this specific version of the product. So keep in mind that the new improvements may have corrected the original issue. Which was the volume/capacity of the product required frequent changing. Other than that, they are tight fitting and discreet. Cancer survivors like myself are grateful to have a product that helps me cope with the issues related to treatment and keep my dignity. They are comfortable and to the best of my knowledge, odor free. Those researching this subject may want to also consider Assurance "Mens Guards". They are an excellent product, more discreet and have (had?) a larger capacity. The underwear work well with driving and long trips as the positioning tends to remain consistent. The pads work well with a lot of movement and daily use.

Dad has a hard time finding the size marker to identify the front from the back . it is a faint size stamp in black, but looks grey on grey. The last bag had only half of the size stamp because it was printed on the edge. There need to be a easy to identify waist band or black marking. When pulled down, it is hard to get ahold of the right part to pull back up because it all looks the same. For some with good eyesight and minor disability these things will not be a problem.

First of all the sizes run in duplicate...not separately as S-M-L-XL. We had to get L-XL which are too big. Secondly, they shed. I find bits of the fabric on the floor, the stool etc. For the money I can overlook the quality...compared to Depends...but need not to combine the sizes.

I have had the experience of using both of these Assurance briefs in both the white and gray fabrics. The gray are not comfortable like the white made Assurance briefs. I see Walmart advertises the white made Assurance briefs in a package of 2, but then they send out to your car the gray briefs. So, to me that is false advertising. I am reaching out to the company Assurance to get back to making these briefs white and discontinue the uncomfortable gray fabric briefs, please!!!
