Was a great help for someone we knew who needed temporary assistance. Easy to put on and take off, and is even designed to be ripped open at the sides if there are bigger messes (we never needed this feature, so I'm not sure how easy it is to tear, but it never tore accidentally). Gave us great peace of mind.
I have never been disappointed with any of my many purchases from Walmart. There are several more purchases I would like to make; some large purchases and some small. However, my latest statement shows zero funds available for purchases. My obvious alternative is to make my purchases elsewhere.
I tried a different brand that was more expensive. It said S/M but it was too big for my husband. The S/M in the Assurance brand fit him perfectly. He is a small man, weighing about 105 pounds because of illness. He has had a few leakages, but I think he waited too long to change. I will continue to buy the Assurance briefs as we are very satisfied with them.
Just as good as depends always make sure black square or writing in back ...that helps for the srea boys need in front ss wells as girls grand childs, Autis still needs i accidentally put on nack ward that was a boo boo lol. We used depends long time, but these hold good day ones snd the ones for night
It is a great value for the price. I have used it for about two years. I have found it works better than just a guard. The S/M size fits me perfectly. The absorption is more than enough . They feel great and makes me feel confident that I am not going to embarrass myself or those I love!
This item, even though it is a Walmart product, is best purchased in the store. I used to have this item delivered to my home. In 2026, Walmart created a tracking system called OnTrac, which doesn't have a clue of tracking anything, at this time. Good luck if you order this product and expect to ever see it.
Frankly, having tried other brands and this Assurance brand, I actually like the Assurance as much, and in some cases more, than others for things such as fit, comfort, security, and absorbency. That fact that it costs less is a nice benefit. Thank you WalMart for looking out for us, your regular working-class customers. This is the S/M size package I am reviewing... Please note that I am a "threshold" wearer, insofar as the L/XL size also fits... So if you are on the borderline with regards waistline (I'm a 37" waist) and weight (206 lbs.) and height (6') when it comes to choosing between S/M or L/XL, my opinion is that should you want a snugger fit (maybe for wearing under close-fitting clothes), you might opt for the S/M size. But if you want a little more coverage and a looser fit, such as for lounging at home, you might wish to go with the L/XL. I compromise by keeping a package of each available for whatever I am planning to do. If you are not sure, try first getting the smaller 19-unit package. Hope that helps anyone out with sizing choices. Be well.
My husband has a neoblader and now he has a terrible leakages. We try many different kind Inconvenient underwear. This is work the best. One problem is - they need to be changed during the night 3 to 4 times. It's mean? we will try to find something more leakage roof.
It's okay for the price but you change it out more often. It's not overnight. Maybe good for 2 regular pees. If you hold up the diaper, you can see thinly spread fibers that didn't cover center back. For heavy wetter, check for diaper change in a couple of hours, and don't rely on the blue line if there's bed sore. I'll still buy it until there's better alternatives.
We have bought these for an older family member, I am not going to say who due to privacy. I have found that these are good for the price but not the best on the market. There have been times when they have failed and allowed leakage. I know that with any of these products, whether for adults or kids, failure can happen but when it happens for an adult, it is more embarrassing. They are comfortable and easy to put on and take off so that is a plus. Overall, for the price, they are what you would expect. I will continue to buy these as well are other brands so I can decide on which to use depending on the situation.
