The fit is accurate. The diaper absorbency is good. The tabs to close the diaper are easy to use and hold securely. In short, Assurance Bariatric Adult Briefs with Tabs function exactly as desired AND cost a third of what other brands charge. As long as Assurance is available, that is what I will buy.
Subject: Missing Items from My Walmart Order Dear Walmart Customer Service, I recently placed an order with Walmart (Order Number: [insert order number]) and only part of my purchase was delivered. I received one package, but several items from my order were missing. According to the confirmation email, the full order should have been delivered, but I only received half of it. Could you please review my order and either ship the missing items or issue a refund for the undelivered products? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
I've tried different adult brands and the 2XL %26 3XL work the best for my MIL. 7 months ago her weight was 157 and now 178 lbs. We still use both sizes because they fit and provide protection from leaks when using pads. Absorbency - alone is a 0 to 2 but with pads an 8 to 10. Price - compared to the other brands these costs way less. Delivery - Compared to Amazon, Walmart delivers my products faster; same day or next.
These were very dependable and hold a lot considering adults! Was for a male whom I take care of who is bed bound! They were very dependable and truly grateful that they held plenty. I would recommend if you're looking to use these I use them as diapers not briefs.
These are really good holds up great with no leakage and the tabs on them are soft and they stretch. My sister is very picky and she loves them, you won't go wrong buying them.
What's in a name? Truth! These were being used until the per se better briefs arrived...fooled me because they came in a day and are equal of sorts for half the price. Rest Assured!
My review has more to do with the customer service side than the product. The adult diapers do the job they were made for. We have been ordering them for 8 months now and haven't had any problems expect stock issue. However, last month I made an order for 3 of the 40 ct (12 of the 10ct pk) and only received 1 of the 40 ct. and 2 10 ct (6 of the 10 ct pk) technically only half of the order arrived. I contacted customer services and was issued a replacement with little to no problems, set to delivered by the next week only for nothing to arrive. The order on the website had not even processed it stating that it had only been placed and it wasn't even being prepared. I called again asking what was happening and was told due to an increase of orders, it had been lost, but it would be there that Friday (five days later). Again, day came and went with nothing (once again the website hadn't processed it) and i contacted customer service once more, only to be told that my only choice was to wait until the computers released its' hostage (my order) with no idea how long that would take or accept a refund and reorder the product myself again, which i remind the stock is not reliable at best. The product does what it was made for, receiving it is the problem, especially since Walmart is the only place that sells anything in the 3x size. Diapers, adult or otherwise, is not something one can do without and wait ages for. Sorry for the rant, it just upset me that I was basically told to do their job and fix their mistake myself after waiting almost a month for my order with no clear answers.
Not as absorbent as others like Prevail or Fit Right. i like the design and fit. The 4-inch tab to fasten diaper is nice. Did have problems with it tearing. That could be my fault since it was always on one side. These are not briefs, they are diapers.
they were fine before large, super absorption and blue. now white still super absorption but now they made the strap part stretchy fabric. the thing is it was already too long right there so being able to stretch to be longer not necessary. (I even went down a size thinking it was too big because of he straps but down a size didn't make the straps smaller just everything else smaller.) And being fabric is bad because when changing someone whos bedbound you have to fold the velcro part back down on the stretch fabric to get it under them with out it hurting them only when you go to undo it to put it on it becomes too attached to the fabric. I end up spending more time trying to get it undone. Did you not test this first before changing it? You just made it harder to use. and when taking care of a bedbound person making something harder is NOT helping. It was fine before it didn't need changing anything about it.
The description on Walmart's website was for 1 CASE (4 pkgs/40 items); however, Walmart fulfillment in Davenport FL only shipped 1 pkg/10 items, yet I was charged for the entire case. Quality control is definitely an issue for Walmart, so keep it in mind when ordering ordering and do not hesitate to call Walmart and speak to a human (not the automated attendant!) about it. The live customer service rep I spoke with was obviously reading from a script %26 apologized for the mix-up, but this is NOT the first time it's happened. The rep did issue a refund to my account (waiting for it to show up on credit card transactions), and told me I'd just need to re-order. Seems like WM should have contacted their warehouse/facility to make sure the remaining amount of product owed to me was being expedited. Not the first time I've had an experience like this.
