Equate Options Women's Incontinence Pads, Maximum Absorbency, Long Length (72 Count), Compare to Poise®

I have used so many different brands it is crazy and I always come back to these. They absorb more and faster than any other brand I have used. The cover has never come apart on me and I have very rarely had a leak. I have asthma, copd, and have given birth 5 times. I cough a lot and my pelvic floor is trashed. The worst feeling in the world is the cook damp breeze when you have a leak out in public. That is why I use this brand, it almost never happens with my Options.

I LOVE this product. I have to use protection dairy which can run into a major expense. This product helps me budget since it costs less than national name brands. Also need the long length and maximum leakage protection this product offers.

So far the are the very best overnight protection pads I've ever been able to find . They prevent leaks by being wider in the front and back with windows on the sides for extra protection. Compared to the name brand,(Always), I think the Equate is a much better option with a much better price.

I read a review here for these for night time and they work fabulous. I need the maximum and I am only 52. I need surgery and can't get it now, so thank goodness for these. They do make one that's longer and has a wider back and if you are having those bad nights use those.

My incontinence products cost alot of money every month. Buying the products at Wal-Mart are less money and work very well. I buy the briefs and pads all the time. No bladder leaks and cost less and I will continue to buy them at Wal-Mart

these are definitely bulky, but the absorbency I currently need to have. I was so grateful to find these on sale. the adhesive works well. I haven't had a failure with that yet. as long as I can find them on sale I'll keep buying this brand as long as I need them.

for me I need the overnight incontinence pads and apparently my Walmart was sold out of the overnight pads and substitute these for my regular order,but I gave them a shot and for my own personal use. I NEEDED the overnight pads. but for some other woman they might just be fine

This is NOT the size that I ordered, the substitution will not be OK. Walmart sent me a text and an email to notify me of the substitution, my phone was on silent before 7:00 a.m. today, and on Saturdays I do not check my emails before 7:00 a.m. either. I will be returning this item to a Walmart store for a refund, and hopefully can get the correct size that I ordered. This particular size of this product is very hard to find in a store. The person who orders these products possibly might think of trying to order more of this size!!!!!!

terrible! they changed an item I have used for over 10 years. Shorter. narrower. THINNER. They were the best product on the market at the best price. Even packing is wrong. now like a big bag they just throw on the porch so anyone going by can see the product. Very embarrassing. When these are gone I will never buy again. i was buying 10 packs a month.

The item is not the issue here. It's how it's delivered. The customer is not treated with dignity. Something that you would think would come automatic, but it doesn't. They deliver your personal items on your doorstep without discretion, leaving it wide open in an area where neighbors go by and see it. It's an embarrassment to the consumer. So please be aware that this package comes with no discretion at all. It's left at your door standing up against the door for all to see. For this reason, I will never shop for personal items again from Walmart. I also gave the person who delivered it one star, and the reason for that was there are two pillars outside my door, and they could have been left behind the pillar. I don't know, maybe being a woman I can think of other options, but the embarrassment is awful, is delivery so unprofessional. I noticed that someone else stated the same thing, that they wished Walmart would be more discreet with the package delivery, and they said that they will look into it. Trust me, they did nothing about it. So while you ladies out there, think about ordering from Walmart when you're ordering personal items. Go somewhere else.
