The knives feel sturdy, not lightweight, which I like. They came with very sharp blades but seem to have dulled somewhat in the past few weeks with very light use. I know I can use the the included sharpener, just haven't yet. I am only hand-washing them, not putting them in the dishwasher.

I replaced my old block with this one. Knives are nice and sharp! Very sharp! The scissors are located near the front, and the holes are really large easy to grab while you are in a hurry cooking. The kitchen knife set is white and very pretty in my kitchen. I love it! Thanks!

I think it's an attractive knife set. The blades are very sharp and the handles seem sturdy I have not used it much yet but time will tell Seemed reasonable priced compared to other sets DAVE

The knives are developing rust stains! This is very disappointing for knives made in Germany! The rust stains are appearing at cutting edges of small knives. The stains appear after washing in dishwasher. The knives are listed as dishwasher safe!
