The knives vary in size and blade design and the set is all that is needed for preparing food from mincing, dicing, chopping to separating, deboning, and filleting any cut of meat and/or wild game. Although I purchased the set because of the discounted price, a $30 savings, I would gladly pay full price as this set of knives has been a life changer. I love to cook, but over the years have not cooked near as much due to arthritic pain in my hands. As the number of meals I cooked diminished, guilt of not cooking for my family and depression of not being able to cook increased. Cooking was my identity, my gig, a way to give back to others, my duty, and one of the greatest joys of my life - all gone because of arthritis. This all changed when I started using these knives as I noticed my hands didn’t hurt or feel weak and after a couple times of using knives it hit me - it wasn’t arthritis but using poorly made, hard to hold cooking tools especially cutting tools. If I had known it was as simple as replacing my old, outdated knives, I would have had this set of knives in my kitchen years ago.

Ordered these because they were on sale for a price I couldn’t turn down and for what I paid, they were a great deal! Design is really pretty and doesn’t have that printed-onto look. Very sharp with comfortable handle. Overall a nice set to have on hand.

THESE KNIVES ARE AMAZING! I'm sorry but some people just don't know how to hold or use a knife, these are safe, sharp, and I don't feel in danger with them AT ALL, this was an awesome deal and I'm really happy I got them, my favorite is the Santoku but I use them all when needed.

I LOVE these knifes, they are beautiful. They come extremely sharp, they cut through everything like soft butter. I was worried the design would come off but I've had them for a few months now, they have been used and washed many times and still look exactly the same, no fading or scraping of the design on the blades. They came with protective sheaths to store them in. The price was great too.

These knives are amazing! They are so sharp all you have to do is keep them slightly sharpened but so far after 3 months I haven't had to sharpen them. They also look great, they don't leak water at the base of the handle when washed. Thank you for the great craftsmanship. They don't come with a gross butcher block that you collect dust in, they can look great hanging from a magnetic strip on the wall.

These knives are stunning… in the photos. In real life, they’re more like a bad tattoo—warped, stretched, and regrettable. The floral design looks like it was printed by someone blindfolded on a carnival ride, and the handles? Pure dollar-store plastic. I’m convinced if I sneeze too close to them, they’ll snap in half. Now, I know what you’re thinking: “Well, they’re $20 knives, what did you expect?” Exactly. You get $20 worth of knives—which is to say, you get knives that can maybe spread butter if the butter is at room temperature and feeling cooperative. My real gripe isn’t the knives themselves—it’s the sales pitch. The listing sells these things like they’re the Mercedes-Benz of cutlery, like you’ll be slicing onions with surgical precision while sipping complimentary champagne. What actually showed up was the culinary equivalent of a 1979 Pinto: one door barely hanging on, a hole in the floor you can Flintstone your feet through, and a red Solo cup half full of flat Pepsi with a cigarette butt doing the backstroke. Five stars for comedy value. Zero stars for being what was advertised.

Very deceptive marketing. Flimsy blades and handles. These are suppose marked down from over 129 dollars. Upon opening these knuves I felt scammed. I got them as a gift and as soon as I held them I knew I would not buy this brand again.

These are NOT "ASTERCOOK" KNIVES. What i received was a CHEAP, KNOCK OFF SET OF DULL KNIVES. ASTERCOOK etches their name on every one of their knives, and these knives that I received have no sign of being ASTERCOOK KNIVES.

I am so extremely disappointed with my purchase the set is beautiful absolutely gorgeous but the main reason why I got it besides, because I need it knives the price was fantastic but I love the housing unit for the , knives which I did not get 😕 no explanation nothing they gave me a $10.68 discount which does mean no good because I needed the housing unit I'm too afraid to order another one because I might only get the knives I couldn't get nothing through customer service they was not any help to me at all I wanted to get the housing unit I didn't care about that discount they gave me if I can get the housing unit you all can take the $10.68 that you refunded me back if it's all possible can you please send me the housing unit for the knives,
