ASUS 15.6" 1080p Gaming Laptop, AMD Ryzen 7, 16 GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050TI, 4 GB, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10, Gray, G513IE-PH74

My last few gaming laptops have been ROG Strix, and none of them have ever disappointed me. This one is sleek, powerful, and runs very graphic-heavy games on ultra - easily. The upgrade to 32GB and 2TB was worth every penny. Had the one I purchased not had 2tb/32GB already on it, that would have been what I would have upgraded, but it did. I do wish I could have gotten the AMD processor with the tool-free open at the bottom, but this model didn't have that option and I wanted the AMD version. I recommend this device, the seller (super-fast shipping), and the brand (returning customer for laptops, motherboards, etc). PS. Picture quality is not a beast as I was limited in upload size. IRL, this laptop has beautiful color and lighting. I use it with a much larger OLED monitor for gaming and graphics work, but the graphics are gorgeous on the laptop too.

I like everything about this laptop. The battery lasts 10 hours if you're not planning on gaming and around 2 if everything is on max. It's also a nice feature you can expand the ram and memory too. However the graphics card is a 3060 it would've been nice to have been able to get the 3070. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase I would do it again if I had to. The laptop stays very cool too with the liquid metal technology.

I'm extremely happy with this purchase. The Ryzen 9 with the 3050Ti are great for gaming and video production. I can't believe how great it works. I was worried about only having 4GB of VRAM but I'm getting 120-200fps on most games and they all run so smoothly. I love the Asus Aura. It's so cool! I ended up buying two more of these for my girlfriend and her father. I will stick with ASUS products, probably for the rest of my life.

I almost purchased other laptop with the previous generation of CPU (Ryzen 7 5800H) and Memory (DDR4 3200Hz) with a bit cheaper price than this product. But I found this one. Considering this has the latest CPU (Ryzen 7 6800H) and DDR5 Memory, I couldn't find any better deal than this with the price (1300-1400) at the time of the purchase (May, 2022). I am a developer. I installed Ubuntu 22.04 (dual boot with WIndows 11). It works fine. Highly recommend this product. (If you want linux OS, you would need to install one with the newer kernel version so that function keys can work properly.)

Got this to replace my 4 yr old omen i7 gaming system. Since I wanted something ready to go out the box, I decided on this. It has more than met my expectations for the price I paid. If you're looking for a ready built system that will play graphic intensive games, this should be your choice. I've been getting really good FPS. It's sturdy, well built. And it is FAST. It doesn't seem to get too hot while playing like my omen did. (Got a small desktop fan to blow on to it while playing to help keep cool, I'd suggest doing the same) Had it for about 2 weeks now, and zero complaints. Just one more thing. Pay attention to the vendor if you're looking at this. While I was shopping, I had 3 different marketplace vendors, all with different price points. Walmart sell this for $1299.99 while the other vendors are selling it for over $1600. Just something to keep an eye on. This is a powerful, fantastic laptop for the price.

I loved everything about this laptop, it has a super fast and powerful cpu and a really good graphics card, but my only issue is the battery… if I get 4 hours of just browsing the internet it would be a really good day and gaming? Pfff be lucky if you get at least 1.5 hours, obviously you have the charger but I can't be carrying a 2 pound powers cord everywhere I go with the laptop, it's a shame I really like the laptop but I'm going to be returning it. But if you are looking for a great value for a home laptop this should satisfy all your need!

I downgraded to Windows 10 easily and I had no issues playing my games. I like how Asus has a folder on the ssd with all the drivers the computer needs right out of the box if you choose to go with a fresh install of Windows later. My only con is the screen, the colors are great but I wish the screen could get brighter and the contrast a little higher ( mine came in under 1000:1). Backlight bleed also needs improvement as Asus is one of the worst here. These laptops are to expensive for a company to ignore quality control issues like this.

SK Hynix M.2 2280 inside. Also has a free M.2 2280 for a 2nd one. I put in a 2TB Crucial P2 2TB PCIe M.2 2280SS with no issues. Also it comes with only 16GB RAM. Upgraded to 32GB right away. This device has the consumer in mind - easy back removal, and easy replacement / upgrading. RGB Lighting is cool. Controled by ASUS Armory Crate, you can adjust acoustic levels, fan speeds, CPU and GPU. If you grab the latest updates, you can sync RGB with ASUS wallpaper as well. People have complained about the Wifi being flakey. So far, works well with no issues. LAN is also excellent. Only issue I have so far is that the mainboard has Radeon Graphics AND nVidia Graphics, the Radeon being primary for the display and HDMI port. Sometimes the Radeon drivers crash, forcing your display to drop to low res and HDMI is disabled. So far, no fix yet from AMD/ATI. Also, no Display Port

I only had it for like 2 months only really useing it to watch youtube and a little twitch. I played games on it mabye twice. I went to turn it on yesterday and it turned on for about 30 seconds then shut its self down. Now when i try to turn it on it gets stuck in a boot loop and gets really hot really quick. Its kept on my desk on a laptop stand so its got good airflow. You would think for $1500 it would atleast last a year
