I purchased these balls for my 8yr old son. We have a big backyard but not huge to where he can hit real balls. These balls have hit our house windows without any damage. They don't go as far as regular balls but that's perfect because we can easily gather them up and go several rounds. I'm also the pitcher during my son's backyard practice and every time he bats and I get hit by the ball…I'm very thankful that these balls don't hurt or cause damage when they come in contact with you. There are durability issues. These don't last very long. The balls become warped and lopsided after a few uses. The SKLZ balls are far superior and have lasted my 9U team over 6 months of practices and warm ups. Meanwhile these already started to become warped after the second week.
