It was a decent product but didn't realize the length. Also it took a couple days longer to deliver. I also ordered a pkg Of blue cream that was supposed to be delivered yesterday %26 as yet have never received it!

I have EDS, which gives me terrible muscle spasms and swelling, sometimes parking in one area for weeks on end. Even with PT, TENS, arnica creams, rest, heat. Etc., the pain continues. This $11 roller relieved a large muscle that's been in constant spasm for weeks. I don't have to apply much pressure or time for relief, which is gold for chronic illnesses. I wish the handles were a bit sturdier so I could limit more exertion in my wrists, but at this price-point, I can't really complain.

This is a decent roller. I wish the center part was more textured for a deeper massage. it feels pretty superficial. I do still enjoy it for working sore leg muscles.

This turned out to be an effective device, well manufactured, good design. Allows a person to reach tender spots on one's own back. Great for feet too!

Excellent roller massager
This wand is amazing! It's gets all of knots out of my shoulders that have been there for years! It's easy to use by myself by propping it between things.

Helps with muscle tension and easy to use
The foam handles make it easy to grip, it worked great for relieving tension on the IT band, helps with soar arms too
