Luv this forearm muscle builder! I had made a homemade one yrs. Ago but got lost during move, purchased this for under $10 less than my homemade one and works much better! Luv the foam grip and quality works best with a steel plate with the one inch hole diameter. Others charge twice as much. For stronger bigger forearms it's a must have piece of equipment!

My wrist often gets tender when I work with my heavier dumbbells or sometimes even using cables. So far when I have been using this product the wrists have both been feeling good afterwards with no problems.

I like this workout equipment, I just had to glue the rubber handles to make it work properly. Thank You

The problem that I have with this is that the foam sleeves aren't tight fitting so as you are twisting it higher, the device slips inside of the foam, and the weight slips lower because of that. You can remove the sleeves which is what I did, but the bar without the foam sleeves is thin, too thin IMO. For proper grip, you would want the handle to be the thickness with the sleeves on there at least, but unfortunately it doesn't work well with them on. I'll be returning it and looking for a product that is designed a little better.

This rubber came off in 2 days!
