The phone came in a perfect way, there were no defects. The box wasn't smushed or damaged, the phone itself was great and the price was overall amazing!

My first new iPhone I had a iPhone 7 %26 8 they was used didn't really care for it but I love my new iPhone 11 best phone I had so far it's worth buying will not be disappointed I was excited when I got mines I love it so much thank you

The phone is a good phone but, you have to plug the phone into a mac laptop, desktop or windows PC, on the windows PC you will have to download an app to get the newest 17.4.4 IOS update to install, will not install thru phone. Phone gets stuck on update, and will not progress. I looked it up, and its happening on all the iphones with that update, so its not only the iphone 11. Just be prepared to do that for the update. other than that, good phone. if you're lucky enough to have an apple store near by I'm sure they can do the update for you.

Do not buy! Like another review on here I was sold a phone that was un scanned! I could not switch over my phone had to call AT%26T and was told I need to take the phone back because it's not scanned. They thought I purchased it from a person rather than a store.

I ordered this phone back in September for my grandsons Christmas, gave it to him a few days before Christmas and it turned out to be a locked phone, not the prepaid I ordered! Still can't get no one to help me with replacement

I just received the package and package is already open and someone put the tape on the box and inside the box phone box is open and no phone inside just box and charging cable inside very disappointed.

Went in store to purchase this phone for promotion price and spent an hour and a half in store waiting just for the promotion to not pop up on the screen for sales rep and so the rep was clueless on how to help and so were the Walmart associates. They refused to override the price even with the promotion ad in hand! Save your self the headaches folks!

Do not buy!!! I was sent a UNSCANNED PHONE!!!! Took me 6 hrs and trips back and forth from ATAT Store and Walmart to get set up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ending up getting a refund new phone having to wipe this one clean because had already downloaded all my info!!!!!! WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!
