AT&T Axel 32GB, Graphic Metallic Wave - Prepaid Smartphone

I received the phone. Just swapped my old Alcatel sim card and everything works fine. I liked the phone and the price so I decided to order a 2nd phone as backup but unfortunately that order was delayed in shipment and eventually cancelled by Walmart. I think I may have gotten the last one in stock. Otherwise, all is positive. It's a great phone for a great price.

Love the phone, meets all my needs. I will never purchase a phone on line again. It seems Walmart has a history of not always swiping phones before shipping. ATT would not activate the phone due to no record of purchase, not swiped. We bought on line due to an injury preventing in store shopping. But in order to activate the phone, I had to physically return it to the store, then repurchase, having it swiped, so ATT would have a record of the purchase, to activate the phone. This was a considerable inconvenience for me at this time. Phone is great but purchase it in the store.

Let me start with this phone is not good at all like literally can barely use it. Mine just keeps freezing up on me and shutting off rebooting itself. Worst phone I've had hands-down.

please keep in mind that there are those who may not be able to go about the neighborhood looking for their missing items it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver to the correct address always check before they leave GPS can be wrong might save merchants money in the future

I like my phone after learning some of its items. I am unhappy because I am unable to fing a cover to fit this phone. I have ordered three. One called to return and they sent me the same exact cover. Not happy

I've had a lot of phones but the amount of bloatware esp bloatware that's hard to remove or disable is crazy. Upside is that it has a decent rear cam pics and the speed is of how you can move thru apps is decent for it being under $100. It's ridiculous that there's almost no phone cases to be found and Walmart or even AT

The front camera is listed as being 1080p and there is a 1080p setting on it. The output is not good. I shot a test video and the result was more like a 1990s 15fps half VGA video. It is definitely not on the same level as the iPhone 6s 720p front camera. It's blurry and full of artifacts. The phone is loaded down with junkware. I had to spend half an hour deleting and disabling junkware before I could even start to use the thing. It suffers from the usual problem of most of these new phones. Instead of being pocket friendly, it's more like putting a housebrick in your pocket. Too big by half. Photo quality is acceptable but not stunning. Other than that it's just like a million other phones out there. It might be worth the $50 I paid for it but on the other hand it might not. I don'tknow yet.. One other takeaway - this uses the USB C plug so the usual charging cables won't work. I have yet to try many of the features

Cannot activate

It wasn't scanned twice and will not even let me use the phone.I want to return both but don't have a FedEx near me. Won't let me return. I kept it longer in hopes I could get it to work. I don't know how I got a replacement plane that I can't even use.

im not a happy camper right now i chatted on here telling the person i never recived this i got a box with a little ohone case that was ugly as sin they said i would be credited the amount if the order i dont have that credit card anymore so i dont know what to say..the case looked like it wiuld fit a childs play phone i thought it was a joke well i need something to be done
