love it i just learning tell u right now the best way to go get the 30 days for free should of done the 1th before i order the 5 or 6 things it give u free shipping or u pay a year but u get free shipping so much more trust me they take 5 of more evertime if u dont join the frist 30 days then if u like it trust me it got the scan all kinds of stuff or u do it pop up on my wart mart sign up try 30 days for free then it $12.99 or i think 98 or more a year after the 30 days we got to be fair try it i done this witb amazon and other they give u alot of free shipping things mark down scanner apps where u win so much more been told so i trying enjoy it try found out everthing i can also anytime u read reviews before u buy from wart mart amazon go by the more good more stars which most knew trust me u found betterand more here wart mart app it rock shipping is fast i love it people this great phone for it price wart mart free 30 days so far rock so come on let sign up enjoy look shop enjoy that they offer thanks alicia hoke

Old school phone. Works for your basic needs with texts and calls. Storage is a little sporadic and it keeps downloading apps that I never requested. But for overall value of money, it works.

Phone doesn't work it's stuck in a loop. All this after this after locating a SIM card can I have a replacement??

Disappointed, I got my new phone and it said I could insert my sim in current phone into the new one, however I didn't expect that it wouldn't work and then it would lock my whole prepaid account. I ended up having to buy a new sim card for my old phone and buy another $40 card for my old phone to which I ended up having to get a new number for.

I bought 3 devices from Walmart for Christmas gifts as starter phones for my nieces and nephew. Only one of them works because Walmart didn't scan the other two devices so their imei are showing as not sold. Going to a Walmart to replace them isn't exactly an option with the closest Walmart is over a hundred miles away.

This is the worst smartphone I've ever owned. It is so slow that many of the apps do not work properly. snapchat regularly crashes this phone. The google assistant takes so long to load for voice commands you might as well read the encyclopedia. My music app often crashes and can't recognize my music until I reboot. It frustrates me constantly to the point of wanting to destroy it. I bought it simply for the price thinking it would be at least usable.

The phone would not work even after activation, couldn't make calls, returned to Walmart in Kimball, Tennessee, still havent received my payment, that was Saturday, November 4th, 2022. I will never purchase another phone from any Walmart. I want my payment for the purchase to be back in my checking account!

Horrible. So slow it's unbearable. Camera quality is poor. Battery life is garbage. Couldn't even finish setting it up before it needed back on the charger. Was hoping for a decent kids phone. Shouldn't have to pay $1000 for an iPhone just to have a phone that functions. This is a joke and after this I don't even know what to believe because these phones supposedly had good battery life.
