AT&T Motivate 2, 32GB, Maritime Blue - Prepaid Smartphone

Everything about this phone is great. Walmart was the problem. They never scanned the phone prior to shipping it to me. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. We had to show my provider the proof of receipt and write an email to my provider showing that we had purchased this item. She was not. able to activate this phone until 3 days after Xmas because of Walmarts mistake. Very frustrating. Make sure the Walmart employee scans your Purchase at the point of sale, If you order it online good luck. The phone deserves five stars but Walmart should get 1 star.

I dislike when your employees do not scan the item properly as been sold before packing the item and send it to customer like me. Had a very hectic time and effort to get the smartphone activated twice at at

I do not like where the Sims card goes in and this little pin you have to insert to remove it what if your phone breaks and you do not have that pin with you how you gonna get sims card out to transfers it to another phone HOW.

just don't do it go to the store and pick it out otherwise it'll never be activated and if you try and use it with a t and t don't make you go to back to the store and get a refund it's a waste of time

i gave it one star only because they say i have to give it something. freezes and has to be rebooted and you cant hear me if on speaker and it has a 2 year warranty from att but no one can tell me where to go to get it done. after this I'm thinking about going to Google phone service

This phone doesn't work properly. Phone call volume constantly fluxuates and you can only hear it on speaker when you hear it at all. Walmart says AT@T is the problem. I checked with AT@T several times. They say the signal is good. Everyone else I checked with here in Livingston has no problem. I bought it at the Walmart here in Livingston Texas. They say I can't return it without the box. Am I supposed to keep the box forever? They also say I can't return it without the receipt even though I have the physical receipt even though I have the receipt on this app. Requests to speak with the store manager have resulted in long wait times with no results. Thanks Livingston Walmart for the pictures of veterans you have on display. If you would only serve them the way they served you.
