Going thru straight talk is a joke I went from 45.00 plus tax (47.82) then they started charging me 52.00 a month I don't think so so I went thru Walmarts to purchase my minutes it was e-digital sent to my e-mail then total was 46.50 so now I will be going thru Walmarts and since it wasnt time for my minutes to renew it was put into my reserve I just wish they had the 3 month 45.00 card

The most work you put into this phone card is putting it in the cart and purchasing after you put your phone number in and completing the transaction all the other work is done for you they add it straight to your account no more nothing hands down 10/10

I was with Straight Talk for a decade. They've been consistent for years but I have to give them two stars. Spectrum Mobile has been a much better deal and there are countless other no contract plans that are a better value. For the convenience, Straight Talk isn't bad though.

Walmart charged me for a free phone, so I canceled it, but Walmart would not cancel this service that I could not use. I went through several people, but they would not refund my money. I'm 72 years old, and on a limited income, so I can not afford to pay for something I can not use. To make up for this charge, I had to reduce my food budget this month. I've been a member for several years, but I will be cancelling my Walmart membership. Very poor customer service.
