The AT @T data was slow, AT%26T phone was slow and freezing up. CRICKET IS ALOT BETTER! Ctickets DATA IS WAY FASTER... Cricket PHONE IS MADE BETTER...Faster, ...No freezing up. Two different companies... The exact same Product from both places. . ?? Sorry AT %26 T.

Never had a call get dropped and I can't remember the last time that I was unable to get service and I go to some really remote areas. I have never needed all of my data service and I am online quite often. It's simple to pay for service and you have several options. I prefer to purchase service online and it automatically pays for service without me having to do anything other than order and check out.

If you don't wanna be stuck in a phone contract, easy month to month payment. Never have to worry about the bill increasingly. When its time to renew, they send you a text when to pay it buy. Don't have to worry about forgetting when to renew. Come to the app and pay.

Walmart charged me for a free phone, so I canceled it, but Walmart would not cancel this service that I could not use. I went through several people, but they would not refund my money. I'm 72 years old, and on a limited income, so I can not afford to pay for something I can not use. To make up for this charge, I had to reduce my food budget this month. I've been a member for several years, but I will be cancelling my Walmart membership. Very poor customer service.
