AT&T Motivate Max 32GB, Celestial Blue - Prepaid Smartphone

If you are like me and just want a phone to talk and text on this is a good one. Does have some bells and whistles for shopping and other stuff. It is a wee big bigger then my other phones I have purchased in the past but adjusted quickly to that. I do suggest you get a memory card for photos and other important things. All and all it is simple to work and is a good phone

Ordered the wrong phone for my service plan. Had to return instore. Every one I dealt with or asked questions of were great even tho it was really busy.

this phone is bad. thought I was getting they same phone I broke. 3 gb I got. this phone tried hard to have me arrested. calls 911. it's slow on screen yet. it keeps track of your touches. three screens ahead. come on you can't put an image up but you know where the screen is gonna be two screens ahead. it's real slow if you but it down for 15 mins. wakes up slower then hung over teenager. it's basically evil. don't believe me. it's cheap. buy it.

This was a nightmare. I was told that its quite common to order a phone on Walmart.com that doesn't get activated. I have made several trips back to Walmart and spent countless hours talking to customer service and this phone still won't work right because of that problem. I deeply regret this purchase. I was cut off from the world for almost 2 weeks with this thing. It's worth noting that I've had exactly the same model of phone two other times. Never had problem number one with either of the first two. Just this one. What a nightmare.

I wish there was a zero there...You can not use these phones. At%26T has numerous complaints on their pre paid phones because they have been reported stolen or lost and will suspend your service just like they did mine. When I failed 611 then 1 for English it will tell you to take it back to the store you bought it at to activate it. Walmart can not activate.. it's suppose to be activated as soon as you pay for it. They have been talking to Walmart about this issue for awhile now. I will not buy another cell phone from Walmart ever !!! At%26T said go to their store and purchase the prepaid phones amazing Walmart is 70 and 80 bucks and I seen the same exact phone at the at%26t store for 40

My phone is already cutting up. So disappointing

I've bought TWO of these phones on line at Walmat.com. BOTH phones are wonderful for the money BUT.. BOTH of them arrived as "Lost or Stolen" and BOTH of them causes problems. Someone is NOT scanning them properly and I had to send my last one back. AT%26T suspended my service for about 24 hours so I had NO phone. My sims was locked and when I put it back in my old good working phone I could not get any help from the 611 number. Just kept getting a recoreding telling me to Return the phone to the store it was purchased from. It had to be re-scanned.. I returned it and my old device was STILL Suspended.. One manager at WM told me I needed a new SIMs. BUT told me I had top BUY it.. IF WM caused my phone service to be suspended THEY should have given me the new sims. After ;a 2nd visit to an AT%26T store that worker finally got an at%26t employee on the phone. Since I was smart enough to keep good records my OLD phone service was reinstated. I have a pre-pay plan. I've bought lots of phones on line BUT none but Walmart messed me up.. They need to FIX this problem. I might buy another one like this at this price.. I like the phone.. Walmart DID happily return my money BUT I had to drive out of town without a Cell phone. My daughter was on the road and I could not keep up with her for over night and well into the next evening. She was 500 miles away. I'm still hurt over how WM handled this. THEY did nothing to restore my Phone Service. IT was a NIGHT Mare.. IF you buy DO NOT let them send the phone to your house. Pick it up at the STORE and make sure they Scan the phone. IF you put your sims in it be aware that it might lock both phones.. Walmart.. FIX this problem and send me an apology so I will KNOW you actually Fixed it.. Chief

battery was completely dead and doesn't stay charged all day data is slow always wanting to update

Soon as I got everything done charged up the phone was running hot and I was losing battery juice so fast I used the phone one time

phone works great but feels cheaply made of mainly plastic which makes it high risk accidents exception
